Labour engaged for removing of branches of trees on walls of RTIC quarters

Removing white or colour wash by scraping and sand for papering and preparing the surface smooth incl necessary repairs to stratches etc complete

12mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Repair to plaster of thickness 12MM to 20MM in patches of area 2.5 Sqm & under including cutting the patch in proper shape raking out joints & preparing & plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50M lead with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Demolishing cement concrete manually /by mechnical means including disposal of material within 50 m lead .In 1:3:6 or richer mix.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 ( 1 cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coatof neat cement including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.50mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate.

Repair to old wooden doors, windows, ventilators in 15 No quarters including labour charges and including fixing of glass panes

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade. Old work ( two or more coats ) applied @2.20Kg/10sqm Complete

Painting with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shade to give an even shade. (two or more coats) on old work

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade. New work (one or more coats ) applied @3.84Kg/10sqm

Extra for additonal height in centering shuttering where ever required with adequate bracing propping etc including cost of de-shuttering and de centering at all levels over a height of 3.5M for every additional height of 1M or part thereof (plan area to be measured. suspended floors, roofs, landings, beams and balconies (plan area to be measured)

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock in trenches plinth sides of foundations etc layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering lead upto 50 M and lift upto 1.5 m .Deduct for not watering the excavated earth for banking.

P/L in position cement conc. of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level.

1:4:8 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size ) crushed.

Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22mm thick in footpath and courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles, including rubbing, cleaning and curing complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) Ordinary cement without any pigment.

Provsision for repair of sanitation and rain water PVC 110MM dia pipes complete job

Brick work with common brunt clay (Non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in cement mortr 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand )

Carriage of material by Mech Transport from source to site of work including loading, unloading and stacking
