Drilling of 609.60mm dia. bore by hydraulic rotary drilling (reverse circulation method) according to ISI specification No.2800-1991 (Part-I) as amended up to date and modified to extent of the specification attached with this schedule of items of work in all kinds of soils and boulders up to 125mm dia stores, fuel, oil, soil stabilizing material and transportation of rig and other accessories to the site proposed bore and back (including cost of lowering of all sizes of casing pipe while boring and extracting the same against earth frictions etc. complete in all respects to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in charge. (6x350= 2100)

Supplying and lowering 273.10mm outer dia ERW steel pipes as per IS 4270-1992 as amended up to date pipe in 4 to 7 meters random length with 88.90mm of threaded ends (8 threads to an inch or 25.40mm) manufactured out of 8.00mm thick M.S. plates with required number of M.S. socket 177.80mm length with inside thread to match the pipe threads and made out of M.S. plate in to borehole in vertical position including cost of all scaffolding, derricks, Jim, poles, tools and plants, ropes, gays M.S. clamp embedded in foundation etc. complete in all respects to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in charge. Supplying and lowering 219.10mm outer dia ERW steel pipes as per IS 4270-1992 as amended pipe in 4 to 7 meters random length with 88.90mm of threaded ends (8 threads to an inch or 25.40mm) manufactured out of 6.40mm thick M.S. plates with required number of M.S. socket 152.40mm length with of all scaffolding, derricks, Jim, poles, tools and plants, ropes, gays M.S. clamp embedded in foundation satisfaction of the Engineer-in charge of the where required and all sockets (6x260=1560)

Supplying and Lowering of 200mm i/d Stainless steel screen cage type - V Wire wound screen as per IS 8110-2000,4270-1992 & composition of material as per ISI 1012 with latest amendments equivalent thickness 8.00mm, tensileload 14000 kg. minimum, Ring thickness 7.00 mm slot Opening 0.75 mm ISI marked & approved by the Department. (6x20=120)

Supplying, fixing and lowering reducing socket as per IS:226/1975 as amended up to date 273.10mm/outer dia, into 219.10mm outer dia with 8 threads per inch or 25.40mm, to be made out of M.S. plate with interior threads to be suitable for jointing 273.10mm outer dia pipe and 219.10mm outer dia ERW pipe as per item No.2 and 3 above. (6x1= 6)

Providing and fixing in position suitable bail plug hook of 219.10mm as per IS 226/1975 as amended up to date, including the cost of M.S. screwed sockets etc. complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge of the work. (6x1= 6)

Supplying and packing graded gravel of size as per ISI 4097/1988, as amended up to date and specification attached with this schedule of item of work. The gravel should be free and will be placed other liner and housing pipes have been lowered and suitably clamped. Thickness and size of the gravel packing will be as directed by the Engineer-in-charge strictly as per relevant ISI. (6x30= 180)

Supplying and fixing well threaded M.S. cap for 273.10mm outer dia M.S. pipe as per ISI 226/1975 as amended upto date to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.(6x1= 6)

Supplying as per IS : 226/1975 as amended upto date deodar wooden box made of 20mm thick wood size 60cm x 30cm x 75cm with lid and locking arrangement etc. for preserving the strate samples received from the bore as and when desired by the Engineer-in-Charge. (6x1= 6)

Supplying and fixing 273.10 mm M.S. clamp as per IS : 226/1975 as amended upto date for supporting the housing pipe supported on two girders not less than 100mm x 150mm as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge.(6x1= 6)

Development of T/well according to clause 9.3 of IS : 2800-1991 (Part-I) as amended upto date and specifications attached and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work including the cost of all consumable stores, fuel, oil, compressors, pumps and machinery etc. as required of this work (When developed by compressor of 450 CFM, 250 PSI or of suitable rating ) (6x10= 60)

Providing and fixing centralizer guides (centralizer) fitted to the well assembly except the housing pipe, at a spacing of 12M centre to centre, to keep the assembly in centre of the bore hole, as per approved design and specification confirming to IS 226:1975. (6x5= 30)

PUMPING MACHINERY OF TUBEWELL.Supplying, erection testing and commissioning of submersible pumping sets as per BIS Specification No.8034-1989 (as amended upto date for pumps) and IS. 9283-1979 (as amended upto date for motor) the pump motor sets should be capable of pumping clear fresh cold water having Characteristics as specified in Clause-4 of IS. 8034/1989 and Clause 4.1 of IS 9283/1979. and Submersible pumping set KSB/BS/Amrut make. (i) 600 LPM x 60 M Head . (6x1= 6)

Supplying erection, testing of electric control panel board L&T MUG 20-H make for T/wells in pump chamber consisting of MS sheet of thickness 14 gauge duly painted box type floor mounted made of Angle frame containing 1 Nos. fully automatic air brake Starter suitable for 15 HP Motor, Main switch of suitable range with HRC fuse, 1 No. Volt meter ( 0 to 500 Volts), 1 No. Amp. Meter of 0 to 100 Amp. , 3 sets of indicating lamp, Capacitor of suitable capacity & No. single phase preventors with the timer switch including wiring in panel board and suitable Electric energy meter wiring from to Electric control panel board complete in all respect as per Specification given in Schedule No.II. (i) 600 LPM x 60 M Head . (6x1= 6)

Supply & erection of Pressure Gauges with siphon cock as per IS:3624, & having 150mm dia, Dual Gauge, in delivery pipe inside Pump chamber. (6x1= 6)

Providing & fixing 3 phase Elect/LT/CTMeter"Secure" male LT/CT coil for CT meter 30/540/550/560 aqua make approved by UHVPN with meter box & CT coll with connecting nature. (6x1= 6)

Supply & erection of “Wall Mounting Type, solenoid driven, motor-less electro-magnetic diaphragm Dozing/ Metering pump working on single-phase 220/240 V 50 Hz electric supply, with standard electronic controls, suitable for minimum dozing capacity 0 to 5 LPH at 8 bar back pressure”, complete with necessary accessories; Make-Fontus. Along with S&E of: a) 1 No.Voltage Stabilizer with each Dozing Pump b) 1 No. 300 Ltrs capacity ISI marked HDPE storage tank, with each Dozing Pump, of ‘Sintex’ or other reputed & approved make. Supply erection, testing of light fitting including wire in side & out side the pump chamber with material upto 10 points including switch, button, plug, PVC conduit pipe, CFL lights & copper wire etc. as per approved specifications. (6x1= 6)

Providing and fixing of insulated Rubber matting suitable for HKV installation 1 meter x 2 meter x 12 mm as per specification.. (6x1= 6)

Supply erection testing and commissioning of Flow Meter (KRONE Make) with digital display of complete in all respect. 150 mm i/d (6x1= 6)

Provision for water supply House connections of individual houses of the various villages including cost of all required material, labour, loading, unloading, transportation etc. The scope of work will comprise dismantlling the all type of streets, digging pits up to the depth of existing/proposed service line, trenches, providing & fixing of 10 mm id Brass/Gun metal ferrules by drilling, tapping bailing out of water, laying, jointing of 12 mm i/d GI pipe Jindal 'B' class from service line to boundary wall of the house, connection with existing water supply of the house, Supply, fixing & testing of ISI marked Flow Meter complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the engineer-in-charge. At various 8 no. villages covered under this DNIT

Operation and maintenance for the complete scope of work mentioned in the DNIT (Disinfection material supplied by the PHED) as per schedule-IV for a period of 5 years after 3 months trail run (will be charged to the A/mtc. Estimate) (i) Operation and Maintenance during Defect liability period operation only)

(ii) Operation and maintenance during 1st year after defect liability period.

(iii) Operation and maintenance during 2nd year

(iv) Operation and maintenance during 3rd year
