Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar incl all arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings dressed stone quoins work complete all as spfd & directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description, not other wise provided for complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling of old 2 strand steel barbed wire of any dia of wire and any description all as specified & directed.

Dismantling posts or struts embedded in natural ground (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (for similar holes) each not exc 0.5 cum in soft/loose soil, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers n. exc 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc. 50m and making good surfaces etc complete all as specified and directed

Excavating in trenches, n. exc. 1.5m wide and n. exc. 1.5m in depth for foundation etc and getting out in soft/looses soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster from stone or brick wall including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finishing the surfaces fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 11 above but on other than fair faces of brick work complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (Soil) to a distance n. exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed block/coping including necessary from work as required for fixing of swan neck etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F M.S angle iron post and struts in fencing including cutting top to shape as directed drilling holes, notching for wire etc and flat iron fillets for securing wire mesh including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS screw bolt (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end, and screwed the other end, each screwed end, to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nut exceeding 5cm and not exc 10cm long and dia of shank 10mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Chain link fencing MS galvanised including wires, any mesh size and type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanized mild steel barbed wire 2 strand 2.24 mm nominal dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm centre to centre spacing, weighing 97 to 106 Kg/KM, straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 19 above but restraining and re-securing including making good staples etc.

S&F framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates rails braces etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including hinges for steel hanging door fittings (excluding of steel sheeting or other covering running rails and guides) and hanging also fastening and fixing conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces including preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in louvers and jallies, 40mm thick (measured solid) including all moulding but excluding frames set in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape, required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for cols, hooking ends and binding with MS and including wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of cement base paint on the new plastered surfaces of wall including the preparation of the surfaces over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed. .

M&L for one coat of apex paint (Exterior grade) on old decorated surfaces of walls/concrete surfaces of RCC jali and fascia including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No-36 above but two coats on new surfaces incl preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for one coat of cement base paint over previously treated wall surfaces after preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for one coat of synthetic enamel paint including preparation of old painted steel/iron surfaces, of any description over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel/iron surfaces of any description not exceeding 10cm in width or girth over one coat of red oxide primer incl preparation of untreated steel/iron surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 25cm x25cm x25mm thick with grey cement and pigments, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel and drains including moulding and form work etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Extra for fair finishing to drain or surface channel by using extra cement, n.exc 30cm inner girth complete all as specified and directed..

Demoltion of cement concrete ( un-reinforced ) in ground floors and paving n. exc 15cm thickness ( below or above ground level ) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in floorings, finishing the surface even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection and path finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only glass dividing strips 3mm thick and 38mm wide complete all as specified and directed.. Note: fixing of strips shall be included in the rate of item No. 38
