M&L making good broken / damaged RCC chajjas in repairwith PCC 1:2:4 type B1 or cement mortar 1:3 and including rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction to top, sides and soffits, including necessary scaffolding, formwork upto 3 storey height complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately

S&F in repairs 20 mm dia curtain rod mild steel powder coated with decorative wooden finish complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair decorative polished wooden brackets / supports to be fixed at walls for holding curtain rods and corners to be fixed at ends of curtain rod of 20mm dia with necessary screws complete all as specified and directed. Note :- 2 Nos bracket and 2 Nos corners shall be measure as one pair
