Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

a). 1:4:8 (one Cement : four sand : eight graded stone aggregate 40 mm (fourty milimetre) nominal size

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

a). Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc for mass concrete

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement work up to plinth level with 1.1.5:3 (one cement : one and half sand : three stone aggregate 20 mm (Twenty milimetre) nominal size) in foundation and plinth etc. Complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. a) Cold twisted bars.

Providing and fixing mild steel round holding down with bolts, plates and washers etc complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying priming coat with ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacturer on steel galvanized iron/ steel works etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting with aluminium paint of approved brand and manufacturer to give an even shade etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. a). Two or more coats on new work

15 mm (fifteen milimetre thick) cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix with cement mortar 1:4 (one cement: four sand) complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade with New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and drawing 4 Sqmm of PVC insulated, heat resistant, flame retardant (HRFR) and low smoke single core (flexible) copper conductor cable in existing surface / recessed, Steel/PVC conduit as required complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and erection of wall mounted metal boards for switch gear mounting of suitable size, with permissible variation in size of plus minus 5mm, welded frame work made of M.S. angle iron 50mm x 50mm x 6mm thick duly welded complete with 3mm thick M.S. sheet fixed with hinges as open able front, complete with locking arrangement including painting and bonding to the existing earth as required complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and erection of following depth sheet metal cubical pedestal of suitable dimensions with plus-minus 5 cm variation made from (50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm thick) M.S. angle iron frame, covered with 1.6 mm thick M.S. sheet duly welded on five sides & front side hinged, complete with locking arrangement with sufficient No. vertical and horizontal intermediate switchgear supporting members each of M.S. flat 50mmx6mm thick of suitable length duly welded. The cubical pedestal shall have cable entry box at one or two sides and 4 No. legs of 50mmx50mmx6mm thick M.S. angle iron each 60 cm long including, powder coated painting and bonding to the existing earth etc., the same shall be erected in the 1:2:4 cement concrete plat-form of suitable dimensions 15 cm high from ground level and 45 cm thick. The cubical pedestal shall be 15 cm from the top of cement concrete plat-form complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. a). 300mm deep (Nominal).

Supplying & fixing sheet metal bus-bar chamber suitable for 63 amp. 415 volts capacity with 4 Nos. copper strip bus-bars each of length 300mm & cross-sectional area (16mmx3.17mm), enclosure made from 1.6mm thick M.S. sheet having overall dimensions (530mmx350mmx150mm) nominal with all accessories including connections, earthing the body etc. as required complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing following rating and breaking capacity MCCB four pole in the existing cubical panel board including drilling holes in the cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. (L&T/ Havells Make)
