PART-A

Daily labour charges with bonus(Once in a year), for operation, upkeepment & guarding of 03 (Three) nos, 90 KW V.T. Pumping machinery (2W+1S) and operation of Chlorination system, valves, compound lighting arrangement & all accessories and ancillaries including supply of lubricants & sundry materials by engaging skilled, semi-skilled and un-skilled workers round the clock (three shift of operation) including up-keepment of entire installation along with ssweeping & Scavenging of the Pump House complex on daily-basis for maintaining highest level of cleanliness and sanitationat Pumping Station as per direction of the EIC. w.e.f 01.10.2020 to 30.09.2021

Daily operation& upkeepment of 500 KVA Sub-Station ( 11 x 0.433 KV ) having 01 (one) no Transformer, LBS Panels, P.T., L.T. Panels etc. Complete and all other electrical accessories and ancillaries as per instruction and satisfaction of EIC during working hours daily including checking of healthy condition of all draw out feeders daily by Electrician having valid and appropriate License (Worksman permit), issued by Directorate of Electricity (Licensing Board), Govt. of W.B. or of any other state Govt. of India or by person having ITI (Electrician) Certificate & finding to be recorded in the log Book and switching ON/OFF of the Indoor and outdoor Luminaries & other accessories as & when required & sweeping of the sub-station building complex on daily basis. w.e.f 01.10.2020 to 30.09.2021

PART-B

Periodical Inspection, thrice in a month , Electrician Supervisor having valid supervisors'certificate of competency from Directorate of Electricity (Licensing Board), Govt. of W.B. or of any other state Govt. of India along with pump Technician/Supervisor. Each Visit should be recorded in the log Book (with date & time) to be supplied by the Agency and kept in the pump house & sub-station Building. The supervisor requires to have through/in-depth inspection of all the electrical appliances to ascertain the healthy/fault free operational condition of each equipment i.e. VCBs, transformers, L.T., PDB, capacitors, Battery & battery charges along with in house lighting system. w.e.f 01.10.2020 to 30.09.2021

Cleaning of contacts twice in a month by CRC 226 SPRAY in the HT & LT Panel Board, cleaning of all Terminal Sockets, Coils once in a month in presence of Electrical Supervisor / Electrician and to be recorded in the Log Book with date including supply of new gland packing, fuses, cotton waste, indicating lamps etc. w.e.f 01.10.2020 to 30.09.2021

Servicing, testing and calibration complete (Such as Voltmeter, Ammeter, Kilowatt meter, earthing arrangement system, power cable) by any agency approved by Directorate of Electricity/WBSEDCL/Any Power Generating unit) with submission of report (in duplicate) in compliance with the guide line as per specification for the ACBS, checking complete wiring, testing CTs, PTs, Relay testing and calibration, insulation to be checked once in half yearly.
