   1] Full quantity of this item is reserved to procure from BIS approved sources or their authorized dealers/distributors/suppliers only for the tendered IS specification i.e. IS 2266 (Latest Revision) having satisfactory past performance of supplying same or similar item (similar item means items with same/equivalent drawing/specifications in different ratings and size) in Railway or any Govt. Organization (in the last three financial year plus the current financial year). OEM (BIS approved sources) or authorized dealers/distributors/suppliers are requested to intimate Make/Brand, Cat. No. of their offered product and should upload detailed technical literature/leaflet of the same otherwise the offer shall be liable to be ignored. Item wise Make/Brand HSN code, OEM-s name and address must be mentioned in their offer. For proof of supply to other Railways/PSU's a copy of the Purchase Order along with copy of receipted challan, inspection certificate, R-Note, CRN for the same or similar items for the quoted make/equivalent must be uploaded. Purchase order shall not be considered as performance until Railway get confirmation of supply against attached PO. If firm failed to upload/attach the said documents then the offer will summarily be rejected. No back reference will be made in this regard 2] Procurement of this item will strictly be made for ISI marked product only. Tenderer to upload valid BIS license of OEM for IS 2266 (Latest Revision) to conform ISI Mark, or else offer will not be considered as valid offer and summarily be rejected. 3] Tenderer other than BIS approved Firm, should attach/upload tender specific authorization in proper format preferably as per Annexure-4 of GCC attached with the tender, failing of which their offer will not be considered as valid offer and summarily be rejected, failing of which offer of the Firm will not be considered as a valid offer and such offer will summarily be ignored. No back reference will be made in this regard.

   Eligible BIS approved Firm or their authorized dealers/distributors/suppliers should invariably comply each and every parameter of the technical specifications as per the enclosed Annexure-B and attach/upload the same duly signed and stamped along with Catalogue/Leaflet/Detailed specification of their offered product for technical evaluation/scrutiny failing of which their offer will not be considered as technically valid offer and such offer will summarily be ignored/rejected. No back reference on either side will be made or entertained in this regard.
