Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50 M. and lead upto 30 M. and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge upto a distance of 30 M. from the foundation trenches. (where machine can not move )

Dismantling of C.C. interlocking tiles including stacking of old bricks.

Disposal of waste malba from site upto 5.0 km i/c all comp of work Quntity same as per above item For disposal take 90 % of total quntity

Concrete with 4 cm gauge brick ballast fine sand and cement in proportion are 1:6:12 in foundation and under floors, including supply of all materials, labour. T&P etc. required for proper completion the work [SIN No-273]

R.C.C. Work with cement, approved coarse sand & 2 cm gauge approved stone grit in proportions of 1:1.5:3 in (Column and T-Beam) with all comp of work

M.S. (for steel or plain) in Plain work such as R.C.C. or R.B. work including bending for proper shape and including supply of steel & its wastage, bend, hooks, and authorised overlapping shall be measured and including cost of binding wire. Quntity same as per above item

M-150 Brick work in 1:4 one cement and four course sand, mortar in foundation in plinth including suopply of all material labour, T &P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Cement Concrete with 2 cm gauge approved graded stoneee grit, coarse sand and cement in the proportion of 4:2:1, including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc required for proper completion of the work As per direction of E/I. Ramp

12 mm thick plaster with cement and approved fine sand mortar in 1:4 over brick work minium thickness not to be less than 1 Cm including supply of all material labour Tool & Plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Supply and fixing Galvanized corrugated iron roofing 24 B.W.G. in position including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work and including wastage.
