S&F factory made uPVC white colour fixed glazed ventilator made of (small series) frame 47mm x 50 mm mullion 47mm x 68 mm both having wall thickness of 1.9 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead of appropriate dimension (Area upto 0.75 sqm.) comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, G.I. fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, complete all as specified and directed.. M&L Water proofing treatment to sunken floors of kitchen, toilets, laboratories, bath and WC's etc shall be as under :- (i) Application of Two component Acrylic modified Cementitious coating (a) The surfaces to be applied shall be completely dry and free from containments such as dirt, dust, oil, surface treatments and old coatings. Concrete substrates must be mechanically prepared using abrasive blast cleaning or milling to remove cement laitance, existing coatings and achieve a gripping profile that is clean, dry and free from litanceand and any other form of surface contamination. The installation instructions in manufacturer's published literature should be strictly complied with including but not limited to the following:- (aa) Chipping out any visible cracks in "V-Groove" pattern as applicable. Special attention on this pa Cleaning of cracks & then filling those cracks with SIKA latex SBR 100 putty/ Dr Fixit 302 SBR late Perma latex SBR / FOSROC Nitabond SBR latex / Asian Paints latex as required. Final cleaning surface with power grinder, wire brush, hair brush & vacuum pressure if required. (ab) Dampen all surfaces immediately ahead of application of Acrylic modified Cementitious coatin Sika Top Seal - 107/ Brush Bond FOSROC/ Dr Fixit/ STP/CICO. (ac) Whilst the surface is still damp from saturation (S.S.D), apply one coat of Acrylic mo Cementitious coating of Sika Top Seal - 107 / Brush Bond FOSROC/ Dr Fixit/ STP/CICO of vis as per manufacturer's instructions. (ad) Apply Glass Fabric Sheet of Sika Fab 1/FOSROC/ Dr Fixit/ STP whilst the first coat is wet. (ae) Once touch dry, apply second coat of Acrylic modified Cementitious coating of Sika Top Sea /Brush Bond FOSROC/ Dr Fixit/ STP/CICO of viscosity as per manufacturer's instructions entire area.

(af) Second coat shall be applied after 6-8 Hrs of application of previous coat and in the direc angle to the previous coat. (ag) The waterproofing coating should be taken to a height minimum 300 mm above the finis level on the vertical surface. (ah) It is essential to cure Acrylic modified Cementitious coating immediately after application 3-8 Hrs drying) for a minimum of 3 to 5 days to ensure full cement hydration and to minimize. (aj) A protection plaster (12-15mm thick) in CM 1:3 admixed with appropriate Integral water proofing compound has to be applied on the walls. (ak) Admixture :- Sika plastocrete plus/FOSROC/Dr Fixit/STP/CICO confirming to IS 2645. (al) Providing and applying a protection screed of 50 mm thick 1:4 cement sand mortar admixed with Sika plastocrtete over applied water proffing coating on horizontal surface. (am) Admixture :- Sika plastocrete plus/FOSROC/Dr Fixit/STP/CICO confirming to IS 2645. (an) All the corners and joints should be pretreated with elastic waterproffing sealing tape with a woven bonding on each surface an elastic expansions zone in the centre of make sika Tape S/FOROC/Dr Fixit/STP. (ao) The membrane has to be protected in accrodance with the manufacture's recommendance until placemnent of concrete. The membrane to be inspected for damage just prior to concrete placement and make repairs in accrodance with manufacturer's recommendations. (ap) Waterproofing treatement has to carried out through applicators authorisrd. (b) All the joints of pipesand traps within sunken portion shall be sealed properly by Epoxy sealant.

(c) All CI traps in sunken slab to be enclased with PCC 1:1:5:3 ( min 15 cm) all - round. (d) the sunken portion shall be filled with PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 ( using 40 mm stone aggregate ) complete all as specified. (e) Providing drainage spout pipe GI 40 mm dia bore light grade upto outside of outer wall ( approx 450 mm to 600 mm long ) including cutting to existing wall and making good the distrubed surface complete all as specified and directed. (f) Providing 25 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm grade stone aggregate as in flooring for laying fllor finish all as specified. Note :- Item No (d), (e) & (f) shall be measured and paid for separately.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, steps, plateforms, wall/ Pillars, apron laid bedded and pointed in any mortar etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Machine cut kota stone slab 18-20 mm thick as in flooring of size not less than 0.25 Square metre each, set and jointed in cement slurry over & including screed bed of 20 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) and pointed in cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing, cutting and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F framed work such as grills,gratings etc, with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors framed balusters, walk ways, railings, frame work of water tanks and similar works conforming to Fe 290, Gde - E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of brick tiles single layer laid on roof jointed & pointed in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition/taking out mud from the roofs, any thickness, including plastering and leaping etc including removing rubbish upto 500 mtr from the sitecomplete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 10 mm thick in cement plaster (1:4) mixed with integral water proofing compound as per mfg instr over the roof padding, as in roof treatment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L water proofing treatment to roof surface including parapet wall comprising with the following course of treatment/ specifications form bottom to top:- (a) Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg per sqm over a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.30 ltr per sqm including preparation of roof surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. (b) One layer of APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 60 cm (minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet walls and shall be finished by a membrane flashing. Note: (i) Laying of APP based membranes shall be done by torch on method or as per manufacturer's instructions. (ii) A minimum overlap shall be 75mm length wise and 100 mm width wise of polymeric membranes respectively and sealed all overlaps and joints as manufacturer's instructions.

M&L shotcreting average thickness 50 mm in RCC columns, beams and slab etc. with cement concrete M-25 design mix having minimum cement content of 350 Kg per Cum.
