Dismantling and stripping the unsound/weak concrete RCC structural members i,e Column, beam & slab etc. Including covering plaster by light chiseling & other manual methods until sound concrete surfaces comes up. Any trace of loose plaster, oil, grease, and funguses if any or other materials that might affect adhesion are to be removed by wire brushing.Loose concrete/aggregate including all debris are to be desposed of out side of MOD land The entire exposed surface shall then be washed thoroughly with Clean water and then allowed to dry complete as specified and directed.

Supply and Application Cementitious Grouting Admixture with the Cement slurry at a dosage 225gm per bag of cement and injecting with high pressure by a Pressure grouting Pump through non return PVC nozzles Prefix with rapid setting cementitious plugging mortar at a C/C Distance of 300mm to fill all possible pores and gaps left within the old concrete mass. When the flow of grout stops or shows refusal or grout flows out from the adjacent nozzle, pumping to be stopped and the nozzle to be tied up and allowed to set for 24 hours. The PVC nozzles to be sealed off with quick-setting cementitious plugging mortar. Grouting operation to be carried out through next nozzle till the entire area is covered. The grouting holes to be finished by removing the protruded portion of nozzles and finishing flush with the surface complete as specified and directed.. Make-FOSROC /SIKA/STP/Choksy as approved by GE.

Material and labour for exposing the corroded reinforcement of any dia completely along its full circumference,. Cleaned to remove all loose scale and corrosion deposit, applying rust removing chemical followed by removing the rust by water paper and cleaning the area thoroughly by water and allow it to dry as per manufacture's instruction Make-FOSROC /SIKA/STP/Choksy as approved by GE.

Supply and Application of Epoxy Zinc Rich primer on the Prepared Reinforced surface after electro welding of it’s sectional area by brush , the primer should have a minimum specific gravity 1.75. Minimum Wet film thickness /coat 100 microns & Dry film thickness / coat 40 microns. Minimum Adhesive bond strength with steel is 1.5 N/mm2 complete as specified and directed. Make-FOSROC /SIKA/STP/Choksy as approved by GE.

Supply and Application of New TMT bars of approved Brand of requisite diameter by electro welding of length 25 to 5d on both the sides with the existing bar to required size and shape complete all as specicifed and directed.

M&L formwork of smooth finish surfaces of column, beam, fascia, slab etc. with required bracing / support incl. fixing and striking out after pouring of concrete at all levels complete as specified and directed.

S&F for Epoxy Bonding agent to be applied on the concrete surface before the application of free flow non-shrink cementitious micro concrete mortar. The bonding agent should have minimum compressive strength 40 N/mm2 as per BS6319 Part 7. Supply and Application Free flow non-shrink cementitious Micro Concrete to the Affected Beam, Column etc. where major spelling has taken place even the core concrete affected. The Micro concrete should have a Minimum 1day Compressive strength of 10 N/mm2 and 7day Compressive strength of 35 N/mm2 And 28 days strength of 40 N/mm2 complete as specified and directed. Make (Redwop, Sika, Fosroc etc)

Supply and Apply non shrink highly consistent light weight high grade polymer modified repair mortar for vertical and over head cementitious patch work mortar system where local spelling has taken place or shuttering is not possible. The mortar can be applied from a minimum 5mm to 15mm thickness in vertical and overhead applications. The mortar should have a minimum compressive strength 35 N/mm2 in 7 days and 45 N/mm2 in 45 days. Minimum flexural strength should be 6.5 N/mm2 in 28days. A modified styrene butadiene emulsion for use as a bonding aid and gauging liquid for cementitious system to be mixed with cement slurry before the application. The bonding agent should have minimum compressive strength 24 N/mm2 complete as specified and directed. Note :- 1.The rate is based on an Avg. thickness of 10mm. 3. This item shall be executed where shuttering is not possible or small patch repairs of structural elements 3. Make (polymer modified reinstatement mortar):- Renderoc S2 of FOSROC or equivalents solutions SIKA/STP/Choksy as approved by GE.

Supply and Application Two component high build polymer modified cementitious reinstatement mortar where local spelling has taken place or shuttering is not possible. The Mortar can be applied in thicknesses from 15mm to 40mm thickness in vertical and 25mm in overhead situations. The Mortar should have a minimum Compressive strength 7 N/mm2 in 1 Day and 20 N/mm2 in 28days. Minimum Flexural strength should be 4.5 N/mm2 in 28 days. Minimum Tensile strength should be 1.7 N/mm2 in 28days. A modified Styrene Butadiene Emulsion for use as a bonding aid and gauging liquid for cementitious system to be mixed with cement slurry before the application of two component micro concrete to be used @ 6 Ltr./bag of cement. M&L for 6 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:3 finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (1) The elevational area of structure (length/breadth of building X height of building) of the scaffolded area shall be measured for payment purpose. (2) The payment shall be made once time only for execution of all times each face of building/structure.
