SPL REPAIR TO CONFERENCE HALL OF BLDG NO P-10C AT HQ MUPSA AND CERTAIN OTHER MINOR AND REVENUE WORKS AT VARIOUS LOACTIONS UNDER GE (EAST) LUCKNOW

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as spd/directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M& L for vitrified tiles double charge/dark shade/ wooden shade 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 Sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for vitrified tiles double charge/dark shade/ wooden shade 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm n.exc 1 Sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per above but on vertical surfaces including 10mm thick screed plaster in CM 1:4 complete all as specified complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, plup, insulation, etc) or imsulation boards/slabs/blankets,any thickness, including cover filltes

S&F 12mm thick water proof gypsum board false ceiling raised and sunk incl jointing compound and tape, including two coats of OBD over a coat of primer over smooth putty finish with GI grid 80x26x0.5mm ceiling section at 457mmc/c, 15x45x15x0.9mm intermediate channel at 1220mm c/c, 20x28x30x0.5mm perimeter channel, 25x10x0.5mm ceiling angle at1220mm c/c, 9x10xx28x0.5mm shadow line bead and 2.64mm connecting clip, soffit cleat etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 4 mm thick non asbestos fibre cement building boards (E- Board) including 605 x 605 mm GI frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450mm centre to centre / intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having two equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45mm suspended from soffit at approx 900mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (Not exc 1.2m length) of 0.55 mm thick ness having kurled web of 50mm and flanges of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457mm centre to centre including hangers 6mm dia gI (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5 mm dia 40mm long compelte all as specified.

S&F 12mm thick WPC Charcoal louvers (premium quality) of any design and pattern including clips any type beading etc fixed on wall/ceiling all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) exc 1.5 Sqm but n.exc 4 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 12 mm thick toughened glass door shutter/partition of opening size less than 4.00 Sqm in single leaf with frosted film incl logo and letter printing and pivot at top, fancy type glass handle of size not less than 300 mm on both sides of shutter to match with colour of glass shutter with suitable locking arrangement and all necessary fitting complete all as specified and directed.
