RequiredThe JV firm should furnish an undertaking from all the members that in case of award of work, the J.V Agreement deed is irrevocable by any one or all the members together until 3 months after the defect liability period after completion of the work. as per bid NIT
RequiredThe JV Agreement should also include JV members to agree that the above undertaking to be without any prejudice to the various liabilities of the members of the JV(Bidder) including the performance security deposit as well as all the other obligations of the contract. as per NIT
