Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above GL) complete all as specified.

M&L 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate including finishing the surface of concrete topping even & fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in -Charge.

M&L 75 mm thick Cement concrete type C2, 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in plinth protections/hardstanding, finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Non skid coloured ceramic tiles area exc 0.06 sqm but not exc 0.11 sqm 7 to 8 mm thick as in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement and sand mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Non skid coloured ceramic tiles area exc 0.11 sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm 7 to 8 mm thick as in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement and sand mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Ditto all as per item No 142 above but on vertical surface over 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces 350 x 250 x7 mm/ 450 x 300 x7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over & incl.10 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4.complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors/dado etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Granite 18-20 mm thick (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of Roof tiles of any description or thickness in floor, apron etc laid, bedded and pointed in cement mortar complete all as specified.

Demolition of lime concrete of any description over roof slab complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 10mm thick Rendering in cement mortar 1: 4 on concrete surfaces, finished Fair & even including mixing water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction. (Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately)

Preparing surface and cleaning of concrete slab by wire brushing and applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.20 Kg per sq m including cleaning surfaces complete all as specified.

S&F 150 micron polyethylene sheet supplied and fixed complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L Lime concrete terracing as in roof complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.NOTE:- For lime concrete, mudia kankar (source : NAL) and Kolayat coarse sand in lieu of brick aggregates and Surkhi respectively as specified in MES schedule Part-I shall be used.

M&L for 40 mm thick brick tiles bedded on 10mm thick CM 1:6 and joints grouted flush in cement and sand mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement complete all as specified.

Ditto all as per Srl item No 153 but except tiles

M& L for cement mortar for raking out joints/ pointing to brick tiles laid flat in roofs and flush pointing tiles 30 cm by 15 cm tiles laid flat in 1:3 cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in repair tank connection with 20mm GI pipe in small lengths including removing existing old connection complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in repair tank connection with 25mm GI pipe in small lengths including removing existing old connection complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S& F in repair Sheet glass self assembly consisting of 5.5 mm thick sheet glass self 12 cm wide with chromium plated bracket guard and railing 60 cm long complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in repair glass corner of size 300mmx300mm with 5.5 mm thick glass and stainless steel clip and stainless steel railing all round the shelf double storey complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F in repair CP Health Faucet fixed type suitable for EWCs with 1,5 mtr stainless steel tube complete all as specified.

Demolition of Brickwork , built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Brickwork with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors.

M&L for ATT Along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc. in apron.
