M&L for 200mm thick(compacted thickness) GSB-II with broken stone aggregate 40 mm to 60mm size interstices filled laid in two layers of 100mm compacted thickness each layers, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 150 mm thick dry lean concrete with 7 days compressive strength as 10 KN/Sqmm with minimum cement content 250 Kg / Cum of concrete including form work if required and rolling complete to achieve desired density and strength complete all as specified and directed. Note: In the event of increase in cement content as per design mix formula, nothing extra shall be admissible and quoted rates are deemed to include for the same.

M&L for 400 micron HDPE sheet over sand layer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 200 mm thick pavement quality concrete (PQC) as per design using crushed stone aggregate having minimum field flexural strength of 45 Kg/Sq cm in pavement using non circular/triangular synthetic fibre as per manufacturer’s instructions @0.25 % by weight of cement ( min cement content shall be 400 Kg / cum using OPC) laid to level, gradient and camber, spread. paved, campacted & finished using paver including necessary form work a complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i)Non-circular/triangular fibre shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under respective item . (ii) In the event of increase in cement content as per design mix formula, nothing extra shall be admissible and quoted rates are deemed to include for the same.

M & L for painting lines dashes, arrows letter etc on concrete surface with night vision reflective thermoplastic marking paint 3mm uniform thickness with glass brands for helipad white/yellow colour exc 100mm wide with help of marking machine incl cleaning the surface throughly and removing all dirt dust etc complete all as spc and dir.

M&L for High density polythylene pipes (HDPE) 75mm bore of pressure rating 6Kg/cm square laid in retaining wall.

M&L for earth filling as in berm/shoulders/embankment (earth /soil received from outside MOD land approx 60 Km away from site) including watering and consolidation all as specified and directed.

M&L for construction of new valve pit chamber of size 600mm X 600mm X 600mm including necessary earth work in any type of soil , PCC foundation (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in base econcrete , brick work in CM 1:6 with 10 mm thick platser internally and 15 mm thick externally in CM 1:4 upto 15 mm below NGL , 4 mm thick MS cover with hinges and locking arrangements fixed to angle iron frame made out of 40X40X6 mm MS angles, D type handle complete with 2 coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer on all metal works and three coat of white wash on all plastetred surfaces of valve chambers complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge .

Supply and fixing of single arm street light bracket 1.20 Mtr long, made of 40 mm bore light grade GI pipe, bent to shape at an angle upto 120 degree not less than 0.60 metre long fixed on pole with help of 02 pairs of mild steel clamp made of 40mm X 3 mm MS flat to fix with the pole tightly including necessary nut-bolts and washers etc. duly painted with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F on poles 35/36 watt LED Street light with minimum protection level IP-65 including surge protector complete with all accessories like clamps,nut bolts etc suitable for fixing on poles, pre-wired and including making electric connection with 1.50 sqmm size,3core PVC insulated twisted multi-stranded copper conductor cable of required length from pole mounted cable junction box to light fitting complete all as specified and directed.
