Surface Excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in Soft/ Loose soil complete all as specified and as directed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for soling with broken boulders or quarried stone, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber for a spread thickness of 150 mm, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exceeding 400 sqm not exceeding thickness 50mm deep complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 75mm thick (Compacted thickness) by laying WBM, with coarse aggregate of granite, trap or basalt stone of grading 2(63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3(50 to 20mm size) spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required with 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer@ 10 Kgs/10 Sqm, using paving bitumen complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen of viscosity VG 30 at the rate of 5 Kgs per 10 Sqm of surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete (SDAC), 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5 % binder content of paving bitumen by weight of total mix using VG-30 grade bitumen, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete using mechanical paver and rolled using power roller 8 to 12 tonne capacity complete all as specified and directed. Note : The contractor's quoted rates shall also be deemed to include the following element: (i) In case of variation in the binder content as per approved design mix in comparison with the binder content as specified above, the variation in qty of binder content on lesser side shall be adjusted through supply only rate of Bitumen VG-30.

Material and labour for Premix bituminous macadam using paving bitumen, any penetration, binder content @ 4% by weight of total mix laid/ rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less), complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour modular fly ash bricks for continuous brick edgings with width equal to the depth of the brick, laid dry on edge complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for applying 2.5mm thick retro reflective thermoplastic road marking painting of specified shade/ colour etc., either continuous or broken lines, to the required width and length over the existing painted surface/ new bituminous surface with solvent based thermoplastic road marking paint (Retro reflective paint) Brand: Road King or equivalent brand approved by MORTH, IRTC and AAI including supply of paint material at the rate of 5 Kg per Sqm and glass beads at the rate of 0.35 Kg per Sqm (Reflective Index 1.5), applied using semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe heater, glass bead dispenser and propane tank heater, driven by experienced operator on road including all materials, labour, T&P and including cleaning the road surface of dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign materials etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Thermoplastic Retro reflective paint shall be applied as per manufacturers instructions along with MOST specifications and speciality.

Material and labour for Dual directional reflective cat eye aluminium casted stud 100x100mm having 3 round plastic ABS discs containing 21x2=42 mini retro-reflective glass beads of colour white/red/yellow a side provided with steel zinc plated nail of dia 12mm of length 120mm for fixing to road by hammering. Make: GREENLITE CAT PART NO. GPL-01-01 or equivalent as mentioned in PS

Material and labour for Dual-directional speed-breaker having high intensity cube corner reflector ultrasonic welded to high impact resistant plastic body of colour yellow and black of size 250x345x50mm (height) provided with 4 steel nails. Shape of side body to have interlocking pattern to keep all speed breakers in a row. Make: GREENLITE CAT PART NO. GPL-07-06 or equivalent as mentioned in PS

Material and labour for Solar road stud having 3 LEDs of colours red/ yellow to a side (total 6 Nos) housed in a tough pressure die casted aluminium alloy of any size (120 x 130 mm), (100x130mm) and (125x125mm) of height 20 mm with built in stem-nail 30 mmx 50 mm long for fixing with epoxy. LEDs, solar cells, battery & light sensor well protected in side under tough unbreakable polycarbonate transparent sheet roof. System workable for 2-3 days (nights) after full charge in 8-10 hours.
