Excavation in trenches manually not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of cables, erection of poles, struts/stays, leveling of yard etc not exceeding 10 M² on plan and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil.

Material and labour for sand cushioning to underground cable screened un-washed river sand including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class EHV, type 1 with peak, size 450mm x 230mm x 50mm complete laid over the cable perpendicular to the cable for protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in soil.

Removing of excavated soil not exc. 50 M from starting points all as directed by EIC.

M&L for XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminium conductor, 33000 volts Earthed, grade cross sectional area 120 sq. mm, 3 core conforming to IS 7098 (Part-II) 2011 with upto date amendments complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix GI tubing light grade of 100 mm dia in repairs incl. accessories for protection of cables on poles / under road crossing complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour in replacement of unserviceable end jointing kit, outdoor type heat shinkable, 120 to 185 sq. mm 3 core suitable for 33KV XLPE electric cable complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 8 here-in-above, but indoor type.

M&L for inspection, testing and commissioning of HT 33 KV VCB outdoor components excluding of indoor type relay control panel but including of 33KV, 1250Amps, 26.3KA outdoor Breaker PC VCB intrupter and dismantling of un-serviceable components complete all as directed by EIC. Note:- Cost of dis connection and connection including T&P required also deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Material and labour for steel structure, cross arms bracing supports ,clamps, back plates of any type, section incl. nuts, bolts, washers, welding ,bending cold or hot in any size and shape all as directed Including two coats of aluminium paints over a coat of red oxide primer incl preparation of surface all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour in replacement of old unserviceable LA station class heavy duty, gap less confirming to IS 3070 having having system voltage 33 KV highest system voltage 36 KV, system fault level 25 KA, LA rated voltage 42 KV, maximum continuous operationg voltage 36 KV rms, nominal discharge current 10 KA, rated frequency 50Hz complete with all fittings suitable for 33 KV, 3 phase, earth distribution system complete all as specified.

Supply and fix HT 33 KV out door type gang operated air-break switch suitable for horizontal or vertical mounting fixed type complete with 9 polymer/porcelain insulators of rating upto 200 Amps including all fixing arrangements complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix HT 33 KV out door type expulsion fuse set drop out type conforming to IS 9385 (Part-2) and mounted on polymer/porcelain insulators of rating upto 200 Amps including fixing arrangement such as nuts, bolts & washers etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down care fully HT 33 KV CT & PT outdoor type and HT 33 KV air break switch gang operated outdoor type after isolating/disconnecting the electric supply/jumpering etc and fixing at point with in the yard area including all electric connections etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- The cost of T&P and required spares such as nuts, bolts, washers, jumpers, PG clamps etc is deem to be included in rate quoted.

Material and labour for Cement concrete (1:3:6) type C -2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for foundation of pole /struts/stay assembly etc complete all as directed by EIC.

Material and labour Cement concrete (1:3:6) type C -1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for pedestal of poles/copping including necessary frame work ,fair finishing to exposed surfaces using extra cement complete form, all as directed by EIC.

Material and labour in replacement of Prestressed concrete pole, 11 metres long. 152mm x 152mm at top and 152mm x 260mm at bottom, class 9 complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning, servicing and testing complete HT 33 KV, isolator, horizontal type, gang operated including cleaning/replacement (if required) of male/female contacts by CRC liquid, proper lubrication greasing on contacts & moving rod / handle for proper function of moveable rod for smooth ON / OFF position and checking the incoming and outgoing connection (terminal lugs to be replaced if required) and Insulation testing between phase to phase & phase to earth shall be carried out all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Male / female contacts shall be measured and paid seperatly under respective item.

Supply and fix in replacement of overcurrent and earth fault relay operated on 20 to 60V DC supply, suitable to HT swichgear complete with complete wiring and testing all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : C&S V2/Schneider MiCom/Avana Npa422

Material and labour in replacement of old unserviceable HT 33 KV lightning arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp complete all as specifiedand as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning in replacement of outdoor type oil cooled single phase Current Transformer (CT) with double wound, dual ratio C.T.'s 60-30A/5-5A suitable for 33 KV 3 phase system 15 VA burden for protection (class 5P10) 15 VA burden for metering (accuracy class 1) as per IS: 2705-1992 complete with necessary connections etc as required complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 51 above but dual ratio CT 150-75A/5-5A suitable for 33 KV system.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning in replacement of outdoor type oil cooled single phase HT Potential Transformer (PT) suitable for 33 KV / 110 Volt outdoor type, 3 Phase system, 15 VA burden for protection (accuracy class 1) as per IS: 2705-1992 complete with necessary connections etc as required complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Auguring/ Driling /Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology by mannual /machine, including fixing of HDPE pipe of 100 mm bore dia complete all as specified and directd by EIC.

M&L for GI tubing light grade (ISI marked) with all fitting/accessories for protection of cable on pole/wall including claps, nut bolt etc all as specified and directed of size 100 mm.

M&L for Trimming and pruning of one tree complete cutting of all branches of any dia but not exceeding 3" up to a safe distance from the over head lines complete all as directed at site and disposal of branches/bushes to a distance and clearing the site all as directed by AGE EM-III. NOTE:- 1. The necessary man power, tool & plant, cutting tools and JCB required for cutting/pruning of branches is deemed to incl in the rate quoted for the job. 2. Material and labour for end jointing kit, indoor type heat shinkable, 95 sqmm Sqmm, 3 core suitable for 11 KV (E), XLPE insulated electric power cable complete all as specified and directed. Make : Raychem, Birla 3M, M-seal.
