M&L for Repair to potholes depth of pot holes exc 30 mm , not exc 1sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened and graded road metal watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premixed bituminous macadam (design mix) with 4% of binder content by weight of total mix using paving bitumen VG-30 mixed in mechanical hot mixed plant and premixed material laid with mechanical paver finished including rolling to required camber and gradient (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to required compaction, complete all as specified and directed. Note: The quantity of bitumen shall be provided as per Design mix approved by GE. (The cost of transportation of the material to the Govt approved lab and design mix charges shall be borne by the contractor). for the purpose of quoting, the contractor shall consider 4% binder by weight of total mix. However, the work shall be executed as per approved design and price adjustment shall be done only for variation (plus or minus) in quantity of binder priced at supply only rate of bitumen (as per purchase voucher of main producer).

M&L for Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud vegitation grass etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen VG-10 @ 5 Kg / 10 Sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair factory made retro reflective road sign board comprising of 2 nos 2 mm thick aluminium sheet plates of size 1200 x 800 mm fixed back to back in 40 mm bore stainless steel pipe frame incl. legs with aluminium/ stainless steel rivets and flats of suitable size. Both the plates to be provided with computerised cut directional arrows, alphabets, lines and symbols etc with white colour reflective tape with font size and thickness as directed over Dennison HIP base green reflective background sheets. Top height of boards with legs from ground level minimum 2.5m including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 blocks of size 45x45x60 cm including excavation, taking out old boards (any type and size) all as per sample kept in GE office and as directed by Engr-in-Charge).

S&F in repair of dual directional cat eye of aluminium casted stud 100 x 100 mm having plastic ABS reflective strip containing 43x2=86 mini retro reflective glass beads of colour white/red/yellow, a side provided with steel zinc plated nail of dia 12 mm of length 120mm for fixing to road by hammering, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair all directional retro-reflective ROUND delineator SHORT made out of 16 gauge MS pipe of outer dia 47 mm and of length 600mm. Delineator stove enamelled and baked to 120 degree celcius or powder coated. Delineator to have 200 mm wide reflective band of colour white and red. Reflective bands protected with welded wire mesh cage embedded in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate (size of block 30 cm x 30 cm x 30 cm), complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair solar stud having 3 LEDs of colours red/yellow to a side (total 6 nos) housed in a tough pressure die casted aluminium alloy of any size (120x130 mm), (100x130mm) and (125 x 125mm) of height 20 mm with built in stem-nail 30 mm x 50 mm long for fixing with epoxy. LEDs, solar-cells, battery & light sensor well protected inside under tough unbreakable polycarbonate transparent sheet roof. System workable for 2-3 days (nights) after full charge for 8-10 hours, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Solar road delineator 6 LEDs of colours red/yellow housed in aluminium / Plastic body LEDs, solar cells, battery and light sensor well protected inside poly carbonate sheet, device protected with powder coated wire mesh cage. System mounted over 47 mm dia steel tube powder coated of length 600 mm having sheet foot for firm grip to ground. System workable for 2-3 days (nights) after full charge for 8-10 hours, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs yellow and black plastic speed bump made up of ABS materials to highly reflective reflector moulded in EMMA material welded with ABS base plate through ultrasonic welding process of size 350mm lenth and width of 263mm with working width of 250mm, height 53mm and weight appx 1200gm for each peace, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L of new/ old black top surface road surface and applying one coat of retro reflective thermoplastic road marking paint 2 mm thick for longer durability with 8% glass beads using special applicator machine with heating arrangement upto 160 degree celcius. Paint material shall be conforming to Ministry of surface transport (MOST) specification 803.4 Vol - I as laid down in specification of road / bridge work "third revision" after cleaning surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Notes : The Schedule of Credit amount shall be deducted from the total of this schedule (BoQ) to arrive at Contract Sum.
