Dismantling of existing unserviceable central AC Plant of capacity 16.5TR including standby with compressors, Electric motors, controls, monoblock pump set, cooling tower, electric panel with accessories, makeup water tank, ducting, piping with all control valves, cables from electrical panel to all equipement, AHU including breakingup foundation of existing plant, removal of debris from site and making good the disturbed surface of wall roof to match with existing and depositing it to MES Store yard complete all as speciified and directed.

Dismantling of existing unserviceable package AC Plant of capacity 12.5TR including standby with compressors, Electric motors, controls, monoblock pump set, cooling tower, electric panel with accessories, makeup water tank, ducting, piping with all control valves, cables from electrical panel to all equipement, AHU including breakingup foundation of existing plant, removal of debris from site and making good the disturbed surface of wall roof to match with existing and depositing it to MES Store yard complete all as speciified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing in repair and Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth of not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level with the top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5m below ground level connected to GI earth strip 25mm x 4mm by means of bolts, nuts, washers of galvanised iron or steel, GI earth strip shall be protected by 40mm dia GI pipe 'light grade', watering pipe 20mm dia GI pipe 'medium grade', GI wire meshed funnel, alternate layer of charcoal and salt on all side to earth plate upto a thickness of 150mm, filling of black cotton soil in earth pit upto GL, and connected to earth plate including necessary excavation & earthwork in any type of soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 earth Pit, 40mm thick RCC cover (1:2:4) type B1 mix with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 100mm c/c both ways etc complete all as shown in electrical plate No.3 connected to main switch / MCB DBs box point / LP test point and including testing on completion all as speciified and as directed. NOTES: i) Quoted rate shall deemed to include the cost of excavation and earth work in any type of strata, funnel etc. ii) Earth strip beyond 7.5metre (from test point chamber) shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item of this schedule. iii) Earth resitance should be less than 5 Ohm up to Warranty period one year. In case earth resitance is not found satisfactorily contractor will redo the same earthing.

Supply and fix earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fxied to all on batten or recess or chases or burried in ground or down in conduit pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loap earthing etc for 25 x 4 mm galvanised iorn stiirip all specified and directed.
