PROVISION OF AIR CONDITIONING TO NEW BUILDING NO T 1 FOR NAVAL WORKS UNDER GE P VASCO

Design, supply, install, testing and commissioning of factory assembled air cooled package type air-conditioning plant of capacity 3x11 TR (2 X 11 TR operating & 1 X 11 TR standby) as per AC data sheet for store house at MO Goa with all equipment and accessories all as specified and as directed and comprising of the following:- (a ) 03 Nos. of Air cooled Packaged unit of capacity 11 TR, assembled microprocessor controlled each 100 % load complete with all control & safety equipments as per OEM and comprising of the following per unit:- (i) 03 Nos indoor unit comprising of 06 Nos (02 Nos per unit) of scroll compressor hermetically sealed using R407C environmental friendly suitable refrigerant and cooling coil complete with suction and discharge shut off valves, automatic capacity control with thermostats and solenoid valves, built in suction strainer, oil pump hot gas muffler, oil pressure safety switch etc complete all as specified and as directed.

(ii) 06 Nos (02 Nos per unit) Air cooled condenser unit (outdoor unit) with propeller type condenser fan completer with safety valve, hot gas inlet and liquid outlet isolating valves etc all as specified (iii) 03 Nos stand fabricated out of MS channel/angle iron of suitable size for mounting indoor unit including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer. (iv) 06 Nos (02 Nos per units) stand fabricated out of MS channel/ angle iron of suitable size for mounting condenser unit including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide prime (v) 3 set of neoprene rubber anti-vibration ribbed pads as per manufacture's instruction for installation of the plant (vi) One lot of bright annelid copper heavy duty refrigerant piping for suction discharge and liquid line complete with fittings valves etc including insulation for suction line

(b) 01 lot of air distribution system comprising of supply and return air ducts duly insulated for and return air ducts duly insulated as per technical requirement for air conditioning of building including interconnectors as required form package plant to the conditioned space comprising of class VII galvanized sheet with suitable supporting arrangements and bracing supply/fresh air grills on sheet frame work duly painted/finished to match with the existing ceiling/wall. Fire damper fusible link operated shall be provided (c) Heating kit, strip type to be arranged in banks to serve as re-heater complete with controls for humidity control (d) Controls and instruments such as thermostats humidistat’s etc for fully automatic operation of the plant (e) Complete control wiring as per OEM including main supply wiring for connection up from main supply panel/DB using suitable size copper conductor cable. (f) 03 Nos Digital temperature and RH measuring sensor and displays of approved make (g) Masonry work connected with the installation of the plant (h) Any other connected work not mentioned above but considered necessary by the tender for successful installation commissioning operation and efficient performance of the plant

M&L for earthing complete with Gl earth plate 60cmx60cm x6mm thick buried directly in ground/earth pit no less than 2.25M below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5M below ground level connected to GI earth strip 32 X 6 mm by means of bolts nuts and washers of GI earth strip protected by Gl pipe light grade 40mm dia all as shown in electric plate No 3 of MES SSR Part I connected to earthing test pint testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note:GI strip 32 x 6 mm up to 7.5 m is deemed to be included under quoted rate.

Supply , install,testing & commissioning LT panel board(CPRI certified) 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 volts,50 Hz, indoor, IP43, cubical type made out of CRCA sheet 2.00 mm thick ,with 1.1 KV, 100 Amps TPN aluminum bus bar factory made fabricated, mounted on MS equal angle iron 60 X 60 X 6 mm thick of frame painting with powder coated, over one coat of red oxide primer including PCC foundation, Internal electrical connection, necessary hard standing around the panel board and earth work complete all as specified and as directed and consisting of the following: (INCOMING) (i) MCCB with thermal release, 4 pole 63 Amps, 50 Hz, 25 KA, 415 Volts -01 No (OUTGOING) (ii) MCB 3 pole, 32 Amps 50 Hz, C curve, 415 Volts -06 Nos (for indoor and outdoor AC units) (iii) Multifunction 3 phase panel meter 1 96X96mm size with CT's. (iv) Indicator with neon lamp RYB shade, 240 volts,50 c/s of suitable capacity resistance-01 Set. (v) single phase preventers - 06 Nos

Supply, laying, connecting and termination of XLPE Armoured copper conductor cable of size 4 X 16 sq mm with saddles/clamps supports and other accessories as required. The cable shall be laid in air, in existing pipe/on existing cable tray with clamps as required as per specifications with inscriptions there on with suitable size of glands & lugs complete all as specified and as directed.
