Providing and installation of Split air conditioners inverter type of capacity 2 Ton having 5 Star BEE Rating with minimum rated ISEER-5.10 to be installed at computer lab and Committee Room of Electrical Block of Govt. College of engineering and Technology Jammu. The Indoor Unit of air conditioner should be of minimum 1100mm in length with temperature display having long cross flow fan with dual suction intake and BLDC fan motor. The Outdoor unit shall comprised of advanced hyper tropical rotary compressor with low voltage and overload protection. The refrigerant used shall be DC compressor based and eco-friendly which cools even at higher ambient temperature of 55°C and. The unit’s condenser as well as evaporator coil should be of copper. The complete job also includes providing and fitting of 5KVA( 16 Nos) Copper bound Voltage Stabilizer with a range of 90-240V. Complete job includes providing and fitting of outdoor stand (floor/wall mounted) and extra copper pipe as per site requirement. Complete job in all respects includes cost of material, labour, carriage, taxes etc.

Providing and laying of 16 sq.mm Copper XLPE cable LT Cable for making electrical connections from main panel to Distribution panel of Ground Floor & First floor. Job includes Design, fabrication, supply, installation and commissioning of 02 nos. LT Distribution Panel with 1no. Incomer having MCCB of suitable rating at each floor along with Busbar. The work also includes providing and laying of XLPE 16 sqmm 3.5 core Aluminium armoured cable from the LT Distribution panel to sub-Distribution panel/Busbar as per site requirement by way of proper clamping the cable along the recess/walls of a building. The Job also includes Providing and fitting of 3phase 4pole 100Amp/63 Amp main MCCB having breaking capacity of at least 16-25 KA, 22 nos 16 Amp/32Amp SPN MCB, P/L of 4sqmm copper cable from Sub-Distribution Panel/Busbar to individual air conditioners with proper clamping. Complete Job includes all sort of material, transportation, labour charges and taxes etc.

Minor Civil works required at site by way of repairing any damage to wall/ceiling while installing Air conditioners with the help of plaster, paint, putty if required and to the full satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Job also includes providing and fitting of gypsum board false ceiling in place of damaged one during the laying of copper pipe under the gypsum ceiling and fitting of indoors (150 m2 approx) including channels/screens. Complete Job includes all sort of material, transportation, labour charges and taxes etc.
