Excavation by Mechanical Excavation for roadway in soil by mechanical means including cutting and pushing the earth to site of embankment up to a distance of 100 m, including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines , grades and cross-section.as per technical Specification MORD Clause 302.3

Sub Grade Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with apprved material obtained from borrows pits with all fifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per technical Specification MORD Clause 303.1

Granular Sub Base Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification MORD Clause 401.

WBM Grade-2 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical Specification MORD Clause 405.

WBM Grade-3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification MORD Clause 405.

Edging with M-150 Class Bricks Edging with straight over burnt bricks,(M-150) laid dry lengthwise including excavation, refilling, consolidation , with a hand packing and spreading nearly surplus earth within a lead of 50 meters.

Prime Coat Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.00 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502

Tack Coat Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen (VG-10) using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. (as per En.C. Circular No. 10598 MT / Samanya Varg / 60 MT / 2012 dated 23.11.2012)

Premix Carpet Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded Premix Carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen (VG-10) to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in suitable plant, laying and finishing with paver finisher and compaction with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by Seal Coat 'Type-B' as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 508

Seal Coat Providing and laying Seal Coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using 'Type B & VG-10' as per Technical Specification Clause 510

Road marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface. Provding & Laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including relectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm ares. Thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC : 35-2015 The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.
