Repair to potholes any depth, not exceeding 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc., cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by by filling in screend & graded road metal , watering and well ramming including with supply of road metal complete all as specified and directed by the E-in-C.

M & L for bituminous macadam not exceeding 75 mm thickness (compacted thickness) using hot mix plant and mechanical paver with 4% binder (paving grade bitumen VG-30 grade) content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted with power roller 8 to 10 tonnes to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Bituminous macadam shall be laid using self propelled hydrostatic paver finisher and preparation of mix shall be using hot mix plant and transporting the mix in tipper. (ii) The exact bitumen content required shall be determined as per IRC 27: 2009. The adjustment in rate due to variation in quantity of bitumen if any shall be priced at the rate of Rs 30 per kg.

Preparing existing black top surface with wire brush for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with broom and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. compelete all as specified.

M&L for applying prime coat with catonic emulsion RS-1 grade at the rate of 10kg per 10sqm of surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for semi dense bituminous concrete 40 mm (compacted thickness) using graded crushed stone aggregate premixed with binder (paving grade bitumen VG 30 grade) @ 5.5% by weight of total mix & hydraulic lime filler, rolled the surface by usinf 8-10 ton capacity power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Semi dense bituminous concrete shall be laid using self propelled hydrostatic paver finisher and preparation of mix shall be using hot mix plant and transporting the mix in tipper. (ii) The exact bitumen content required shall be determined following the Marshall Mix Design procedure contained in the Asphalt Institute Manual MS-2 (Sixth Edition) as referred in case 3.5.3 of IRC 111: 2009. The adjustment in rate due to variation in quantity of bitumen if any shall be priced at the rate of Rs 30 per kg.

M&L for painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc on roads pavement and like area n.exc 10cm wide with road marketing paint white or golden yellow complete all as spcified and directed.

S&F in repair road convex mirrors outdoor type made of one piece polycarbonate of size 80cms including fixing with mounting pole and necessary foundation for post of size 300mm x 300mm x 45mm with M15 using 20mm graded stone agg and making surface good complete all as spcified and directed.

Providing and fixing Glow studs (cat's eye) of size 80 to 100mm x 80 to 100mm x 15 to 20mm made of heavy duty body shall be moulded ASA (Acrylic styrene Acryloretrite) or HIP ( High Impact Polystyrene) or ABS having electronically welded micro plastic lens with abrasion resistant coating as approved by engineer in charge. The cat eye shall support a load of 13635 Kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. The slope of retro refelctive surface shall be 35+/-5 degree to base. The reflective panels on both sides with a least 12cm of reflective area up each side. The luminance intensity should be as per the specification and shall be tested as described in ASTm I: 809 as recommended in BS:873 part 4 : 1973. The studs shall be dized to the road surface using the adhesive conforming to IS, as per procedure recommended by the manufacturer complete and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Exc in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth hard/dense soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Concrete bed to drain pipes of 300mm dia including packing under and completely surrounding pipe with concrete 1:4:8 after they are laid.

M&L for reinforced concrete pipe of 300mm dia class NP2 laid and jointed complete with collars. Make: Everest, Himalaya, Indian Hume pipes, Dhere Concrete Product, Vardhaman Concrete Product, Ashwathy.

supply of Moorum/red bajri filling for forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n.exc. 15 cm thick layers, watering, rolling & finishing to required size, shape etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a prime/track coat with bituminous primer at 5kg per 10sq meter using paving bitumen all as specified and directed.

S&F Cat-Eye Dia-cast Aluminium ally Bicovex glass elemens embeded in plastic each side compressive strength to ton, white or yellow plastic with white,yellow or red glass element by means of two compound epoxy and nail complete all as specified and directed. Make Gogia plastic, Dark eye, Shakti, 3M.

M&L 40mm consoildated thickness bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete with 5.50% binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete.

Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retro-reflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi-automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, 20% glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T & P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
