Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 mtr wide and n. exc. 1.5 mtr in depth in hard/dense soil for laying of GI/CI pipes and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in hard/dense soil including making good of disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cutting the existing bituminous road / PCC Hard Standing upto 75cm in depth, 60cm in width and getting out excavated materials making good the damaged portion after laying of pipes by returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick and PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate upto 30cm depth from top of the road all as specified and directed.

Repairs / rectification of leakages of existing PP-R tubing 20mm bore laid in trenches, floors or on wall, roof by replacing new fittings such as Union, Sockets, nipples, tees, elbows, reducers etc including threading, cutting, jointing complete all as specified and directed.

Repairs / rectification of leakages of existing PP-R tubing 25mm bore laid in trenches, floors or on wall, roof by replacing new fittings such as Union, Sockets, nipples, tees, elbows, reducers etc including threading, cutting, jointing complete all as specified and directed.

Repairs / rectification of leakages of existing PP-RI tubing 40mm bore laid in trenches, floors or on wall, roof by replacing new fittings such as Union, Sockets, nipples, tees, elbows, reducers etc including threading, cutting, jointing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel water tubing and connections of 20mm bore including cleaning, removing chalkings and refixing same with new GI fittings such as unions, sockets, nipples, tees, elbows, reducers etc on wall, floors, in trench etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel water tubing and connections of 25mm bore including cleaning, removing chalkings and refixing same with new GI fittings such as unions, sockets, nipples, tees, elbows, reducers etc on wall, floors, in trench etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable gate valve/ ball valve of any size type, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

PP-R gate valves(brass insert) for 50 mm dia pipe (outer dia of pipe) as per requirement of the site, complete all as specified and directed .

PP-R ball valves(brass insert) for 25 mm dia pipe (outer dia of pipe) as per requirement of the site, complete all as specified and directed .

PP-R ball valves(brass insert) for 20 mm dia pipe (outer dia of pipe) as per requirement of the site, complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Gun metal or Bronze globe / ball valve of 20mm bore, ISI Marked, screwed both ends suitable for GI tubing with side way operating GI lever handle including taking down old u/s valve of any type / make complete all as specified and directed.

Note : Run lead joint will be measured and paid seperately.

Taking up CI/DI pipe of 100mm bore (including all fittings), with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Laying, jointing Dictile Iron pipe 100mm bore with spigot and socket ends, centrifugally cast, class DI-K9, Cement Mortar Lining with Portland Slag Cement as per IS 455:1989, Metallic Zinc coating as per Annex A of IS 8329 with finishinh layer of Bituminous Coating as per annex C of IS 8329, suitable for Rubber Gasket joint, conforming to IS: 8329:2000, ISI marked, in any length laid in trenches, pressure testing, washing out complete including dismanting, taking out old corroded pipe line with all fittings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fixing of CI / DI fittings and specials upto 150 mm bore CI Pipes such as Bends (any type, radius and angle), Tapers any type (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc.), Tee pieces single branch, "Y" junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot), Collars, Caps, Plugs, Connecting pieces one end flanged and other end socketed or spigot ends or all socketed / spigot ends etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Styrene Butadiene Rubber Gasket (IS : 5382) joint suitsble for spigot and socket ends DI pipes 100mm bore, class K9, complete and pressure testing, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Burning out lead joint in position including removing old lead of 100mm bore, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Run lead joint complete for 100mm bore pipe and pressure testing, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mechanical joint having 2 Nos CI / DI Sockets, 1No CI / DI Collar and 2Nos Styrene Butadiene Rubber Gaskets alongwith nuts, bolts, washers , gaskets etc. for 100 mm bore pipe including cutting CI / DI pipe and reducing to required length for insertion in position of Mech Joint, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sluice valve cast iron long body for 100mm bore both ends flanged as per IS-14846 and drilled with stainless steel spindle iron wheel head and as per pressure rating PN 1.6, Class I, ISI Marked alongwith nuts, bolts, washers , gaskets etc. including dismantling and taking out sluice valve from valve chamber / trenches, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, Non return valve cast iron body flanged end for 100 mm bore pipe including neophrene ball and by pass arrangement complete including suitable flanges, Nuts, Bolts, Washers and rubbber gaskets including dismantling and taking down old unserviceable one, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of unserviceable valve pit of any size complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Construction of stone masonary valve pit chamber of size 90cm x 90cm x 90 cm (internal dimension) including all necessary excavation and earth work in hard/dense soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meters & depositing the same as directed including PCC in foundation of the mixture (1:4:8) D-2 stone masonary in cement mortor 1:4 rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 internally finished even and fair and pointing flush externaly as the work proceeds in the same mortar as of stone masonary including mild steel frame (made out of angle in 40x40x6mm) MS steel cover 3.15 mm thick with handle and locking arrangement with hinges angle iron flat as required at site including painting of all posed MS work with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and painting all the steel surfaces embedded in PCC with two coats of black bituminuos paint and all other relevant work complete.
