Dismantling stone slab flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in charge.1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix).

Dismantling old plaster or skirting, raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meters lead.

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Demolishing brick work manually/by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge:In cement mortar.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 meters lead : Of area of 3 sqm. and below.

Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in : Cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

Extra for brick work with common burnt clay bricks/cement concrete bricks in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level.

12mm Cement plaster of mix: 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia and length (hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners shall be paid for separately): Sal wood.

Providing and fixing glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 4mm thick float glass panes including ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws. Second class deodar wood, 30 mm.

Providing and fixing wire gauze shutters using galvanized M.S. wire gauze of average width for aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia. 0.63 mm for doors, windows and clerestory windows with ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws as per direction of Engineer-in-charge : Second class deodar wood, 30 mm.

Structural steel work in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.Welded.

Cement Mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand).

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete. Size of tile 600x600 mm.(Kajaria Indus stone).

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed floor tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Taking out existing wooden door shutter, repair by cutting, painting etc. and refixing of repaired door shutters to existing door frames, including replacement of hinges with screws, etc. as required, all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer- in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and fixing of water proof flush door 34mm thick with 1.00 mm thick laminate (green, century or equivalent)/ veener on both sides including lipping, painting/ polishing, hinges, tower bolts, door stopper, mortize lock (harrison, godrej or equivalent)..inxluding Stainless steel(Grade SS:304) T profile in grooves as per direction of EIC. Complete job.

Providing and fixing base cabinets for modular kitchen comprising of Box made with 18 mm BWP 710 grade with type A bond (phenol-formaldehyde resin) and surface of plywood having both side laminates with front side edge bending tape, backing made of 6 mm ACP sheet of Alstrong make, SS 90° hinges with 0° crank like KAFF, HAFELE or equivalent, shutters with high gloss laminates with four side edge bending tape, superior quality G/J profile handles, accessories include Matrixbox / Tandem drawer box, PVC cuttlery tray, Dish rack complete. 100 mm adjustable PVC Legs and 100 mm PVC skirting with brackets and skirting corner including cabinet connector for cabinet fixing. Providing and fixing gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations, of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. Granite of any colour or shade (Area of slab over 0.5 sqm). 16 mm.

Extra for providing opening of required size and shape for wash basin/ kitchen sink in kitchen platform, vanity counters and similar location in marble/granite / stone work including necessary holes for pillar taps etc. including moulding, rubbing and polishing of cut edges etc. complete.

Providing edge moulding to 18 mm/16 mm thick marble stone counters, Vanities etc. including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete as per design approved by Engineer-in-Charge. Granite Work.

Providing and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings and clamps, including cutting and making good the walls etc.: Concealed pipe including painting with anti corrosive bitumastic paint, cutting chases and making good the wall: 15 mm dia. nominal bore.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of specified thickness, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 2 mm.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. (Satin enamel paint, matt finish).

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ liter of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. Two coats.

P/F Almirah (2' deep) with backing made of 4 mm plain solid color ACP sheet, frame work and shutters with 19 mm superior ( century, green etc.) plywood. Including finishing with textured matt finished laminate of min 1.00 mm thickness on exterior and plain white laminate on interior surface, matching edge bending tape on exposed sections of plywood any any design and formation as per directions of engg. I/C. Work includes tower bolts, magnetic catcher incl hanging rods sliding/ hinged mechanism with protuded/ flushed premium brass handles 6" and german telescopic channels for drawers. Complete job.
