TERM CONTRACT FOR ARTIFICER WORKS IN NARENDRA PLACE AND 9 P AND S UNIT AT AF STATION TAMBARAM

To perform such services and execute such works upon the terms and conditions contained in and also those referred to the aforesaid documents and upon the conditions here in after and also those referred to as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the Schedule of rates part-I 2009 (Specifications) together with amendments 1 to 3 and SSR part II 2020 (Rates) together with amendment No 1 to 122 and General conditions of contracts (IAFW-2249) together with errata 1 to 20, amendments 1 to 49 during the period of 365 days from the acceptance date of this contract or from the date given in accepting letter at the rates contained in MES schedule SSR part II 2020 including amendment No 1 to 122 subject to contractors quoted percentage on this BOQ.

(Item No.1.01 Contd..,) Notes:- (i) Bidder shall quote percentage rate at 17th row and column- 'F' here after. (ii) Bidder shall refer and select the option Excess (+) / Less (-) available at 17th row and column- 'E' of this BOQ sheet to quote his percentage above/ below SSR part II 2020 including amendment No Nil . (iii) If '0' (Zero) % is offered the rate shall be reckoned as net (at par SSR) (iv) If no percentage is offered the bid shall be considered as "BLANK". (v) Amount inserted by the MES under rate/ amount column and total reflected on this sheet is approx and for reference only. The work/ services shall be ordered through work order and priced at rates arrived from SSR part II 2020 including amendment No.01 to 122 and adjusted by the percentage quoted by the bidder on this sheet. (vi) The percentage (%) quoted shall only be the criteria for acceptance. (vii) Irrespective of quoted amount generated by the system in this BOQ, acceptance of contract shall be made for the total estimated amount and the percentage (Excess/ Less) thereto quoted by the tenderer. (viii) The minor works sanctioned during the period can also be ordered on the contractor for execution which shall be accepted and executed by the contractor on same quoted percentage without any addition.
