Repair and Renovation of Cabin by replacing the deteriorated plates with 16 gauge CRC Sheet by arc / gas welding, including proper insulation of joints, RHS & LHS Mud Guard, Assly, Bonnet Lock, Mud Flaps LHS & RHS etc as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of Front Door Glass Channel including Rubber Beading, Rear Door Glass Channel including rubber beading, Left side and Right side door glass rubber beading along with Latch assembly for both LH & RH side door and replacement of Door lock mechanism also replacement of Passenger side seat cover etc as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Painting of vehicle by applying one coat of primer with two coat of 1st quality automotive paint (white) on the patch work and filth area etc as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Calibration of fuel pump including packing and O-rings replacement in fuel pump and injector nozzle service etc as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Repairing of Braking system by replacing Brake Master Cylinder, Brake Hose, Brake Shoe with Lining Rear, Brake Pad Front, Wheel Cylinder Rear, Wheel Bearings Inner and Outer (Front and Rear). Clutch Plate, clutch Release Bearing, Pressure Plate with Performing Brake Bleeding Operation using Dot-3 Brake Oil and refilling the brake chamber to provide accurate braking condition etc as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of Rear Leaf Spring Assembly with bush, cross Bearing (UJ), centre bearing with rubber etc as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Repairing of Steering System by replacing Tie Rod End with Bushes, Centre Link Assembly, Suspension ball joint upper and lower, steering column with coupler steering Bracket with Dampers, King Pin Assly and Pitmand Arm to provide accurate and satisfactory steering control etc as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.
