S&F Sheet metal enclouser for 8 way Distribution Board (DB's), double door, single pole and neutral with 200 amps rated bus bar, IP-43 protection suitable for fixing MCB'S/isolators after and including taking down old DB with MCB complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and install hi wall split units indoor/outdoor complete with cordless remote controle unit and with inbuilt air ioniser and plasma filter for better indoor air quality with minimum 5 star rating and EER 3.29 of capacity 1.5 TR.

Supply installation testing and commissioning ATS (automatic transfer switch) 4 pole (TPN) with enclosure with complete protection 630 amps 415 volts 50 HZ AC supply including mounting arrengement and including digital volt meter and ammeter with existing cable.

Supply and fixing inside the PVC junction box SMPS 24 volt 10 amps DC supply input voltage 230 volts 50 Hz AC Supply including NONC contactors 02 Nos and relay and reset push buttons etc (for alarm if failure and restoration of commercial supply)

Supply laying and testing PVC insulated and PVC sheathed cable galvonised steel strip or wire armoured electrical control cable (Heavy duty) with stranded copper conductor of size 3 core 4 sqmm 1100 volts grade. (for alarm if failure and restoration of commercial supply)

Supply and fix GI pipe bracket made out of medium grade 40mm bore GI tubing duly bend to the required shape, length of the bracket shall be not less than 1.5m including MS flat iron clamp , nuts, bolts and washers for fixing of brackets on pole complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electorde 60x60 cm x 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground with earth pit not less than 2.25 metters deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level connectred to galvanised 4.00mm dia earth lead connected by means of bolts, nuts, chek nuts and washers , earth wire protected by galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electric plate No.3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion.

Earthing complete with copper earth plate electorde 60x60 cm x 3.15 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metters deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level connectred to copper earth strip of size 20mmX3mm connected by means of bolts, nuts, chek nuts and washers of brass are shown in electric plate No.3connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion.

Boring of holes under roads, pavements, hard standing by trench less technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure.

Returning and filling in two parts (i) using riddled soil obtain from excavated soil upto depth of 30 cm (8 cm below cable and remaining above cable) for cushioning of cable and (ii) refilling the trench of remaining depth with normal excavated soil all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavated soil shall be riddled by using sieve to separate composite partricles etc as per IS 1255 1983 and refilling in trenches as in cable cushioning.
