Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 (By mechanical means) as per Technical Specification Clause 404. including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts including mechanical means.

Providing and applying priming coat with Bitumen emulsion ( SS- 1 ) on prepaired surface of granular base including cleaning og road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg /sqm. using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502

Providing and laying dense bituminous macadam 50 mm thick with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average out put of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading,premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.50 percent of mix and filler , transporting the hot mix to work site , laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alingment , rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achive the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause no. 509 complete in all respects.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion ( RS- 1 ) uasing emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.20-0.25 kg /sqm. on the prepaired bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503

Providing and laying bituminous concrete 40mm with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average out put of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading, premixed with bitminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 percent of mix and filler,transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade , level and alingment, rolling with smooth wheeled , vibratory and tandem roller to achieve the desired compaction as MORTH specification Clause No. 509 complete in all respects.

Providing and laying hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including refectorising glass beads @ 250 gms sqmt. Area thickness of 2.5 mm is inclusive of surface applied glass beads as per I R C : 35. The finished surface to be level uniform and free from streaks and holes.

Providing and fixing Cat Eyes reflecting / glowing during the night hours on Road surfaces complete in all respect.

Excavation in drains and channels etc., in earth work including dressing of side and bed and disposing of excavated earth upto a lead of 20 metres and lift upto 1.50 metres disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed: (Pick Jumper work)
