Brick masonry work in 1 :3 in sub-structure 1300 & including scaffolding complete excluding 2200 pointing and plastering, as per drawing and MoRT&H Specifications 1300 and 2200

All works up to Plinth Level M-15 grade plain cement concrete (cement content considered @ 240 kg/cum)

Lining with design mix concrete of grade M-15 with minimum cement content 240kg/cum, 75mm thick in curve portion and side slope manually including rendering with cement sand (1 :3)slurry, form work, dressing and preparation of sub grade as perdirections of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses,string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor four level, 1 : 1 ½: 3 ( 1 cement : 1 ½ coarse sand (zone-Ill) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D kg or more.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies.

Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport up to a lead of 1 km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete.

12 mm cement plaster of mix 1 :4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Providing and fixing in position 20 mm thick premoulded joint filler in expansion joint for fixed ends of simply supported spans not exceeding 10 m to cater for a horizontal movement up to 20 mm, covered with sealant complete as per drawing and MoRT&H specifications.

Pointing with cement mortar (1 :3) on brick work 1300 & in substructure as per MoRT&H Specifications

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications: Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 litre/10 sqm over and including one coat of Special primer applied @ 0. 75 litre /10 sqm

Supply and fixing of Caution Board in 1 No.
