Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and in pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness ( below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in floors and finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth, complete all as specified.

S&F for 60 mm thick precast concrete coloured interlocking paver blocks, rubber moulded plastic cooated, in M35 grade concrete, any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006, laid & jointed with grey cement and pigment to match the colour and shade of paver top surface, (design, pattern & colour as approved by Engr-in-Charge), laid over 50mm thick sand cushion including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for precast cement concrete louvers and jallies type B-0 1:2:4 (12.50mm graded aggregates), 35mm thick (measured solid) set in cement mortar 1:6, including all mouldings but excluding frame with two coats of cement base paint, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling AC (corrugated, semi-corrugated etc) sheets in roof coverings, all as specified.

S&F pre-painted Galvalume Aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering fixed with 'J' or 'L' hook or cranked bolts other necessary fittings,all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning of man holes and drain pipe upto 150 mm internal dia any depth below ground level by roding or by other means to make it fully functional complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- adequate water to flush out sludge to be araanged by contractor without any extra cost to govt).

Taking out sludge water from septic tanks & soak well of any capacity & any depth by manually or mechanically including pumping and bailing out and disposal of sludge water upto a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing the sludge water in the pits of addequate size and covering the same with 25cm thick layers of soil on top complete all as specified and directed. Note : The rate of excavation for pit for burying sludge water & disposal of surplus excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50m included in the rate quoted by the contractor.
