Fly ash Brick masonry using Fly ash Bricks in SUPERSTRUCTURE having crushing strength not less than 75Kg/sqcm in cement mortar (1:6) after immersing the bricks for six hours in water before use including splays, cutting, circular moulding, corbelling, champhering and similar such type of works, scaffolding, watering, curing, including cost, conveyances, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

RCC M-25 using black hard granite crusher broken chips of 12mm to 20mm size (12mm 750% and 20mm 25% ) of approaved quality from approved quarry to achieve the minimum compressive strength of 200kg/cm2 250kg/cm2, 3.00 kg/cm2 of 150mm size cubes on 28 days test confirming to codal provision including hoisting lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm thick compacting in vibrators and watering for 28 days including centering shuttering from works finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves where necessary including cost conveyance royalty taxes of all materials with all leads and lifts and cost of all labour T&P mechineries required for the work de-watering if necessary compalete in all respect as directed by Engineer-in-charge including dismantling the centering and shuttering but excluding cost conveaynce of MS rod or tor steel & bind wire and labour charges for strengthening cutting beinding binding wilding and tying the grills etc hoisting and placing in positing (to be paid separetely for RCC work) Footing
