Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in :

Brick work in super-structure above plinth level including necessary cutting and moulding of bricks as required and also including honey comb brick work thickness of wall not to be less than 1.5 brick thick. (1:4 cement & coarse sand).

12mm cement plaster in single coat on fair side of single or half brick wall for exterior plastering up to floor two level including internal rounded angles chamfers, and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth no extra for mixing any additive. Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand :4 graded Stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including supply of all materials, labour T & P rtc required for proper completion of the work and curing complete also including cost of formwork in foundation & floors.

Providing and fixing stone work for wall lining etc.white sand stone exposed face machine cut and table rubbed with rough backing.

Finishing walls with Putty approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undacorated wall surface to give even shade over including curing and cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm) as per Sl no. -13.46.1 Two Coats
