The firm must submit a scanned copy of valid Drug Manufacturing License Certificate issued by Drug licensing authority with the list of drugs approved and the date of such approval

Company/Firmshould not have been blacklisted / debarred / banned by any State Government/Union Territory / Central Government / Corporation / Local Government bodies

The company/firm/Authorized distributors should have a minimum annual turnover of Three times of the Purchase Value for two financial years (2023-24and 2024-25) duly certified by a Chartered Accountant. Micro and Small enterprises are exempted from turnover requirement.
