Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground ,(Earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level ,connected to and including galvanised iron earth wire 4 mm dia by means of nut, bolts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel complete all as specified and as directed including testing on completion including the material and labour of the following : - (a) Excavation and earth work for drilling hole for electrode in any type of Soil. (b) PCC pit in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, Pre cast RCC cover with suitable handle 40 mm thick in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric weighing not less than1.87 Kg/ Sq meter. (c) Funnel with watering pipe of GI 20 mm nominal bore light grade and lugs etc complete all as specified and directed (d) 15 mm nominal bore medium grade GI protection pipe 5 meter long for protection of earthing lead complete all as specified and directed. (e) Requisite quantity of common salt and charcoal. (f) Testing of earthing.

M and L chemical Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 900x600x5mm,buried directly in earth pit not less then 4.70 mttrr below in ground level and complete size of pit 1.6mx 0.61 m earth plate connected to copper strip 32x6 mm by means of copper /brass nut and bolts duly brazed earth strip protected with 40mm bore medium grade GI pipe from electrode and upto and including the eath test point of gun metal /phosphorous brinze of size 75x75x25mm , 15 mm bore medium garde GI watering pipe including funnel, wiremess providing alternate layer of 10 cmm each charcoal ,salt,and potossium nitarte(KNO3) layer respectively upto 1.2 M and including all necessary excavation, returning, filling in removal of surplus soil to distance not exceeding 50M, PCC pit in PCC1:2:4 type B1(using 20mm grade stone aggregate) RCC cover40mm thick in RCC(1:2:4) type B-1(using 20 mm graded stone aggregate )reinforced with 8 mm dia MS deformed bars@ 100mmc/c both ways including MS handle of 12mm dia roundbar to be placed on and including angle iron frame made out of 40x40x6mm angle iron section complete allas speified and shown in concerned TD drawing of CE Jabalpur. S&F test point terminal block made out of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw , drolled , cutting upper & lower portion for incoming & outgoing including double insulators two coat of synthic enamel paint complete as directed .

M/L for GI Tubes,of size 40 mm dia light grade, galvanised, with all fitting and fixing complete for supporting the air termination rod and prottion of GI strip complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix aluminium strips 25x3.15 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix air termination rod single pointed copper rod of 12 mm dia & 300 mm long complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix copper strips 25x3.15 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth , for foundation, etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes,etc. and n exc 10sqm on plan area and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Returning , filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Removing excavated material n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1(using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping complete all as specified and directed.

S&F insulator with nuts and bolts for mounting the strips on ground , walls , roof ceiling complete all as per required and as directed.

M&L Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers,welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and as directed.
