Structural steel work in angles, tees & flats, riveted or welded including cutting fixing all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, rivets, welding rod etc with hoisting & erecting in position - in repair of bottom supports

Dismantling of 9m long Twin moulds from bed including any cutting involved, lifting, carrying it away from the bed, re-placing on bed after installation of bottom supports Mould and fixing the moulds on bed to proper level with center line of moulds parallel to ground level. as per drawing No. CW/DZ1046 dated 30.10.2008, R-3 dated 18-02-2010.

Dismantling of MS twin mould 9m long from casting bed, transportation to from the site (if required), repair of twin mould such as straightening, cutting, bending, welding of angle, channel, 4mm & 8mm thick sheet to restore the moulds to proper shape and size as per approved drawing CW/DZ-1019 of PSEB (Now PSPCL) without dismantling of side plates 8mm thick alongwith replacing or repairing of angles at top & Bottom ends (Horizontal & vertical supports), repairing of 20mm dia holes with 12 No MS washers, repairing & replacing of lifting hooks (20mm plain MS round), MS flat (35x4mm) including cleaning of all deposited cement concrete slurry in the mould and subsequent placing on bed, leveling, alignment etc. complete in all respect and to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing of MS Bolts 16mm dia 400 mm long in existing concrete (4 bolts for each bottom support)(weight 0.526 kg per bolt)

Applying priming coat with metal primer on new steel or iron work including preparation of surface & two coats of ready mix paint exlcuding cost of metallic primer in all shades.

Fabrication & Supply of MS end-plate for twin mould 9m long of required thickness as per site available including cutting to proper size and drilling of holes as per drawing for fastening bolts and passing of HT wire during manufacturing process complete to entire satsifaction of Engineer-in-charge.
