M & L for point wiring with copper conductor cable multistrand, PVC sheathed 1.5 sqmm size for one light point, fan point, exhaust fan point or bell point controlled by one switch including one run of 1.5 sqmm multistrand PVC casing caping of approved size and quality ISI marked, (in stone/brick/block masonary) including all other required accessories as specified in preamble 1(a) to (q) of section 19 SSR Part-II under heading ‘point wiring’ fixed on wall/ceiling including sunk cast iron terminal boxes grouting/flushing on wall for mounting fittings like switch, sockets etc covered with 3.00 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover in brick masonary/Stone masonary wall complete including cutting, chasing, pinning and making good the disturbed surface by using cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note :- the rate for point wiring shall deemed to include the cost of cutting, chasing in wall by using electric cutter and making good the disturbed surface of wall by providing cement plaster and matching the surface by white wash/colour wash all as per existing finishes complete)

Supply and fix switch piano 6A, 230V, flush type single pole, one way complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Socket type EME fan 5 step regulator for ceiling fan of suitable size, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fixing of Ceiling rose 3 phase/PVC/polycars bonate, isolated body complete all as directed and specified.

Supply and fixing of ceiling fan complete with blades, down rods, electronic regulator operated and accessories, 230V, 1200mm sweep, Min air delivery 210 CFM with service value 6.00 BEE. Five star rated with brushless direct current motor (BLDC) complete all as directed and specified by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Rolled mild steel in compound girders and stanchions lattice girders, arial masts, staging and the like including caps, bases, splices etc. built up from two or more beam or channel sections or angles with plates including all lattice bars, stiffeners, gusset plates, wire mesh etc. conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-A, for fabrication and support of fan hook for hanging of ceiling fan with painting of surface for one coat of primer and two coat of white enamenled paint all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for fixing of the angle iron on both side of wall and also use anchor fastners at least 06 in each angles with ceiling roof and also welding where trusses of iron available and use anchor fastners where wooden trusses available for fixing of same angle iron firmly alongwith hanging the suitable size of hook for hanging of ceiling fan and making suitable arrangement including finishing work all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Cost of suitable size of hook & fixing arrangement including chiseling, plastering & associated work with opening of false ceilling and refixing after complete fixing of angle iron deemed to be included in quoted rate.
