PERIODICAL SERVICES IN AOR OF POCKET NO 9 TO POCKET NO 11 UNDER GE (A) JAISALMER

M & L for washing/rubbing down and stopping of distempered, plastered and painted surfaces of wall including cornices etc making good of holes by filling holes in plastered surfaces with POP mixed distemper and applying one coat of Distemper oil emulsion complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L Preparation of old distempered and painted surfaces including washing, rubbing down and stopping by brooming down , scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying two coats of Distemper oil emulsion on wall surfaces to achieve smooth surface without visiable of brush/hair mark complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying one coat of arcylic distemper on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for washing/rubbing down and stopping of distempered , plastered and painted surfaces of wall including cornices etc making good of holes by filling holes in plastered surfaces and applying One coat cement base paint on surfaces of wall complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for complete removal existing treatment and applying two coat cement base paint on surfaces of wall of approved shade/tint complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of old surfaces of wall and applying one coat of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of existing treatment of wall and cleaning the surfaces free from any dust, using wire brush and levelling the surface even and smooth using mechanical sander and finally applying water by pressure jet washer of max pressure of 170 bar with automatic pressure relief system. The following process shall be initiated only after the above surface preparations :- (a) Filling the surface cracks using crack seal compound on required consistency using electric mixer. (b) Filling the dents and holes using wall care putty in appropriate ratio using electric mixer.(c) Applying one or two coats of damp proof primer (primer coat) using Roller/ Painting brush. (d) Applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm Anti algal weather coat 100% acrylic smooth emulsion paint using Roller/ Painting brush.

M & L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls (plastered or unplastered) and applying one coat white wash on walls all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls (plastered or unplastered) and cornices, by brooming down , scrapping down smoke soot, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying two coat of white wash on walls all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for preparation of old decorated surfaces (plastered or unplastered) and applying one coat of white wash on the surfaces of ceiling complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
