• The parties must possess valid contract registration of PIVD of RSP/ General Administration of RSP/ Govt./ Semi-Govt./ PSU for ‘air-conditioning, refrigeration & ventilation and their repair & maintenance’
• The parties must have experience in Repair & Maintenance of room air-conditioners (Window/Split/Package) OR refrigeration & ventilation works and have successfully completed this type of job in RSP/ Govt. / Semi-Govt. / any PSUs for at least, costing not less than Rs.4.00 Lakh (Excluding taxes) during last 7 years i.e, before March- 2024 against any numbers of work orders.
• The party should have workshop in the vicinity of Rourkela Steel Township for taking up necessary emergency/preventive maintenance & repair work of A/C equipments
