Dismantling & Re-installation Labour work for existing sprinklers from main ceiling to false ceiling level by cutting & dismantling of pipe and socket and refixing the same. Incl painting of Red colour.

Dismantling & Re-installation of old smoke detectors from main ceiling level to false ceiling level by providing necessary joints in wiring through 2x1.5 sq. mm copper cable, Incl, re-commissioning of the smoke detectors with the existing control panel and making the system fucctional.

supply & Fixing of unbraided steel flexible of 1.5 Meter long with all brackets for fitting on False ceiling incl steel rosette plate. (Make Tyco/HD). UL Listed.

Supply & Fixing of multistrand copper flexible wire FR type (Make Poycab/JMP) ISI marked.

Fire fighitng testing commissioing of sprinklers system & smoke defector suytem of various of RERC checking each point making them in pipes tenection including cost of remaing minor repair , Cheqe of sprinklers , smoke detector ,wiring and MS pipe will be paid separately .( Rate per floor)

Removing refixing of Air conditioners of capacity 1.00/1.5/2.00 tone including servicing of unit charging of gas up to required capacity including necessary repair of walls cost of copper pipe , cable switch socket as per site needs and making of the unit in running conditions.

Removing, refixing of ceiling fan including their proper cleaning,overhauling & greasing, providing blade set, capacitor,shaft and bushes etc. required if any

Water proofing of roof by cleaning of roof surface with brush to clean dust and durt and to remove any loose particles from the surface. Providing and applying first coat of diluted star proof 600/602 as a primer coat. Laying geotextile over th primer coat. Providing and applying second coat of star proof 600/602 water proof, thermal insulating elastometric,UV resistant coating as a second last coat. Providing and applying third coat of star proof 600 water proof, thermal insulating elastometic, UV resistant coating as a final coat.

Removing of existing plateform and fixing in new position with steps and extension of platform by 6.0 feet in width and providing metting on top surface with matching metting for extension part cost include all labour material adhesive extra platform & metting complete.

Extension of Existing court room plateform 375mm high by 6' feet in width by providing 19mm board horizontal @ 450 c/c both wags and top with 2x19mm with primer and painting on interior face and matching vineer on exposed face with matching metting on top surface. (Measurment in Sqft. top surface)

P/F Box type wooden almirah on wall face made of 19mm block board vertical members not more than 900mm c/c with intermediate horizontal mambers deviding height of 7' in four equal parts & front gate, back of almirah with 12mm ply exponed face having 4mm veneer and 0.8mm laminated sheet for inner face fixing handles, magnetic lock, locking arrangement cost of melamaine polishing complete as per direction of Engineer in Charges i/c (measurement should be as per exponed face.)
