M&L for one coat of Fire resisting paint Surfaces of any description wood, steel, iron, concrete, brick, stone, etc., exceeding 10cm in width or girth of any shades as approved over old surfaces of walls/ceiling including preparation of surfaces as per manufactures instruction complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item No. 6 above for additional one coat.

M&L for Painting to old painted surfaces of wood or wood based surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm in width or girth including preparation of surfaces, with one coat of synthetic enamel paint to match the shade as per existing colour scheme/pattern complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description exc 10 cm width or girth and painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint to match the shade as per existing colour scheme/ pattern complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Bricks (laid flat or on edge) or brick tiles in floors, etc. (each layer) laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking,sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and brusing neat cement slurry with 3.00kg per sqm all as spd & directed.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate on roof slab including finishing the top surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 on flat roof surface mixed with liquid water proofing admixture as per manufacturer instructions when concrete surface is green, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified. (Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid separetly).

APP modified roof treatment over existing accessible/non-accessible RCC roof slab/chajjah/canopy/parapet wall to be executed through approved applicator of the membrane manufacturer with following specification etc including dismantling existing water proofing treatment of any description complete all as specified and directed :- (a) Cleaning existing surface properly. (b) Applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.30 litre/Sqm manufacture by the same agency as that of APP with adensity of 0.87-0.89 Kg per litre at 25 degree centigrade on prepared surface. (c) Laying not less than 3mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.60 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non-woven polyster fiber of weight not less than 160 gsm/sqm using butane torch by torch application with 10 cm side laps and 15 cm end lap. Laying of membrane , physical property of membrane shall be as under :- (i) Membrane weight not less than 3.60 Kg/Sqm. (ii) Non woven polyester weight not less than 160 gsm/sqm. (iii) Softening point of membrane not less than 150 degree celcius. (iv) Joint tensile strength - longitudinal not less than 650 sqcm and transverse not less than 450 sqcm at 230 degree celcius. (v) Tear strength- Longitudinal not less than 300 N and transverse not less than 250 N. (vi) Elongation and reinforcement not less than 30%. (vii) Impermeability under water pressure not less than 3 kg/sqcm. (d) APP membrane shall be laid using butane torch by Torch application with minimum 10 cm side overlap and 15 cms end lap.

M & L for cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 20-22mm thick with grey cement and no pigment, machine pressed, set, jointed and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement and sand mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 40mm thick brick tiles laid on 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 and joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) even and levelled, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No.17 above, but except tile.

Disconnecting, dismentling and taking down carefully single pointed air termination aluminium copper rod incl. GI pipe any size incl. nuts & bolts and keeping in safe costody for reuse.

Fixing only serviceable aluminium/ copper termination rod with the held of nuts, bolts, insulation, GI pipe, PCC block etc retrived from Item No. 19 above

Disconnecting, dismentling and taking down carefully aluminium strip of any size, complete with saddles, GI tubing insulators and keeping in safe costody for reuse.

Fixing only serviceable aluminium strip with saddles, GI tubing insulator, etc retrived from Item No. 21 above

Attending complaints related to plumber/water supply and obtaining completion from user. This includes minor repair of taps by replacement of washers, tightening of taps, tightening of check nuts PVC connection, and making water supply functional in case of blockage, redressing of GI pipe joints if any leakage is found, repair of unfunctional PVC Flushing cistern. Repair/replacement of face mohra etc (Replacement of taps, PVC connection/ phase mohra's of any description & any other material will be paid separately as supply only).

Taking down steel window/ gate/ door shutter of any description for repair purpose such as welding etc, incl replacement of MS tower bolt/ handle/ peg stay to make the shutter serviceable and refixed in same position after complete repair, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store for 15mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 53 Above but 20mm bore size.

S&F for Steel water tubing medium grade, galvanised, including short lengths, fixed to wall/concealed in wall/ceiling or laid in floor complete with all fittings such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, connectors, back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps and plugs, unions etc, of 15mm bore complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

All as per Item No 55 Above but 20mm bore size.

Refixing of old Steel water tubing and connections in new or old position medium grade, galvanised, including short lengths, fixed to wall/concealed in wall/ceiling or laid in floor complete with all fittings such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, connectors, back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps and plugs, unions etc, of 15mm bore complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

All as per Item No 57 Above but 20mm bore.

Supply only Plastic water closet seat cover, closed pattern with flat bottom, mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device (colour of cover should match with water closet) complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided as slab,RCC Water Tank, cover etc. for complete all as specified and directed.

Aluminium die cast body door closer hydraulically regulated designation No-3 universal type suitable for door shutter of 851 to 1000mm in width.

Note: In case the tenderer quotes different rates for similar item then lowest rate shall only be applicable for payment and contractor shall not have any claim on this account.
