Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or concrete surfaces of walls or ceiling etc incl. raking out joints ,hacking for key and scrubbing down with water upto 4 storeys building, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete or brick surface and finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement upto 4 storeys building with water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:6 on brick surfaces on fair face of brick work and finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement upto 4 storeys building complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 5 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete or brick surface and finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement as in ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepration of New plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall/ceiling and applying one coat of approved shade of oil emulsion distemper, including putty,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall/ceiling sufraces and applying two coats of super quality weather proof exterior emulsion paint over a coat of primer and 1mm thick waterproof cement based putty using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 Mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by pain manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface upto 4 storeys building complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment under (OBD/Oil paint/ white wash etc) by scrapping with mechanical wall sander on wall/ceiling (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than1500, sending pad of 80 grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint , removal of nails etc and filling cracks/ holes and windows /doors jams by putty & repairs in good shape by skilled labour upto 4 storeys building complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for waterproof cement based putty @ 1KG (undiluted) per square meter of average thickness 1-2 mm over the plastered/Old painted wall /ceiling surcafes to make the surface free from dust upto 4 storeys building etc, by skilled labor as per following steps :- Step 1 :- Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer instructions and mix it with wall mixture with the mixing capacity of minimum 2.5 kg putty per minute Step 2 :- Applying the first coat of prepared mixture with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application having flow speed of maximum 6 liters per minute with a maximum pressure of 3300 PSI Step 3 :- Allow 6-8 Hrs time to dry the putty surface.

M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper on wall/ceiling surfaces using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 Mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by pain manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface upto 9 storeys building complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of super quality weather proof exterior emulsion paint using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 Mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by pain manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying paint should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of paint on the surface on the surface upto 4 storeys building complete all as specified and directed.
