Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 using 20mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC item of works excluding cost of Rein forcement and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps ,etc

Brick work in CM 1:5 mix using country bricks ground moulded of size 22 x 11 x 7cm for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Supplying and erecting centering of sides and soffits including supports and strutting up to 3.29 m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracing using mild steel sheets of size 90 cm X 60 cm and 10 gauge stiffened welded with mild steel angels of size 25 mm X 25mm X 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak( country wood) poists of size 10 cm X 6.5 cm dia spaced at about 90 cm center to center etc. complete (above Basement)

Supplying and Fabricating and placing in position MS steel or Ribbed Tor Steel for all Reinforced Cement Concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc, Complete complying with stanard specification

Ceiling Plastering with CM 1:3, 10mm thick.for RCC Exposed Surfaces including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering with CM 1:5, 12mm thick.for Brick walls including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Paving the floor with First Quality Design Ceramic tiles of size 305 x 305 x 6mm in all floors over a base layer of C.M. 1:3 mix, 20mm thick and pointed with white Cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.3Kg/Sqm including finishing neatly and curing, etc., complete, complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Paving the floor with design Cement Based Hydraulicaly Pressed Anti Skid Tiles in all floors over a base layer of C.M. 1:3 mix, 20mm thick and pointed with white Cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.3Kg/Sqm including finishing neatly and curing, etc., complete, complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Dadooing walls with First quality colour glazed tiles of size 150x150x6mm in all floors laid in C.M. 1:2mix 10mm thick and pointed with white Cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.4Kg/Sqm including finishing neatly and curing, etc., complete, complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Colour washing TWO coats with Emulsion paint all floors using best quality and approved varity including cost of all materials, brushes and scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification

Enamel Painting TWO coats with Synthetic Enamel paint all floors using best quality and approved varity including cost of all materials, brushes and scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification
