The intending bidder should have in last 5 years i.e. from 2021-22 to 2025-26, satisfactorily completed (not less than 90% of contract value) as a prime contractor at least One similar nature work of value not less than Rs. 212.31Lakhs costing not less than in last five years. The work done certificate should be obtained duly signed from an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the concerned Division and counter signed by the Superintending Engineer of the same circle or equivalent in case of other Government undertaking within India. The cost will be updated to the present value by giving a weightage of 10% for each year to bring it to the price level of financial year in which tenders are invited. Note- Similar nature of work means execution of Concrete Structures such as Retaining wall/ Canal Protection works / Irrigation structures/ River or Nala bank Protection Works/ Flood protection works.
Bidder should have executed Minimum quantities of work Earthwork Excavation/Embankment is 13395 cum, Cement Concrete (M-15 and above) is 1543 Cum and Reinforcement TMT steel is 82.77 Tonne in any one financial year during 2021-22 to 2025-26 The work done certificate should be obtained duly signed from an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the concerned division and counter signed by the Superintending Engineer of the same Circle or Equivalent in case of other Government undertaking.

The statements showing the value of existing commitments and on-going works as well as the stipulated period of completion remaining for each of the works listed should be certified by Statutory Auditors of the Company or by the proprietor of the company
Availability by owning 50% of the required/specified flowing key and critical equipment for this work and the remaining 50% can be deployed on lease/hire basis for all works provided, the relevant documents (Commitment agreements etc.) for availability for the work are furnished (Documents to be scanned and enclosed) The intending bidder/firm/company should furnish details of ownership/ lease certificate of the following minimum requirement of machineries. 1. Concrete Mixer/Batching plant/ Self-loader 4.00 cum capacity, Total-2, own-1, hire/lease-1, 2. Transit Mixer, Total-4 own-2, hire/lease-2, 3. Tippers, Total-4 own-2, hire/lease-2, 4. The intending bidder in his / its name should have in the last 5 years i.e. from 2021-22 to 2025-26 achieved in at least 2 financial years a minimum financial turnover(in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs.849.24 Lakhs. The turnover prior to FY 2026-27 will be updated to present value by giving a weightage of 10% for each year to bring it to the price level of financial year in which tenders are invited. Audited Profit and Loss account certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant bearing UDIN along with copy of Income Tax returns filed for the years indicated above should be furnished
Liquid asset and/or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs.166.25 Lakhs (Unconditional credit lines/letters of credits/certificates from nationalized banks) for meeting the fund requirement etc. The contractor should upload necessary documents issued by the nationalized banks as per prescribed format enclosed to the notification.
Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualification criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value (Rs.424.62 Lakhs). The available tender Capacity will be calculated as under: Assessed available tender Capacity is (AxNx1.5 - B) Where, A is Maximum value of civil engineering works Executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to 2026-27 price level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. N is Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which tenders are invited. B is Value, at 2026-27 price level of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next 6 months (Period of completion of the works for which tenders are invited)
