Providing and Fixing of 100 mm dia (medium class) G. I. pipes i/c digging work of 0.5 meter depth & 0.3 meter width for the road crossing & filling the surface with 1:3:6 PCC of 1 feet width and 4 inches deep complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/PVC pipe as required. Above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required. Above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size on cable tray/surface etc as required. Above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm (clamped with 40x3mm MS flat clamp)

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminum lugs for following size of XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed aluminum conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 3.5 core x 240 Sq.mm (62 mm)

Supplying and drawing following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required. 3 x 6 sq. mm

Supplying and drawing following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required. 2 X 10 sq. mm + 1 X 6 sq. mm earth wire

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 3 KVA, single phase UPS system with input voltage 150 - 280 volt and output 230 volt + 1%, 50 Hz + 5 Hz., voltage regulation from no load to full load will be within + 1% in both the case. UPS will withstand 10% overload for minimum 3 minutes and 50 % over load for 10 seconds. The UPS should have auto and manual bypass arrangements. The UPS should be provided to withstand 15 minutes battery backup on full load with suitable rating sealed maintenance free battery i/c interlinks complete etc. as required.

Totally type tested & Design varified Assembnly as per IEC 614369 Part 1 & 2 Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Electrical LT Panel cubicle type as per 61439-1 & 61439-2, made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet and 3 mm thick gland plate, 100x100 x3 mm suitable MS channels frame in the bottom/ legs for grouting in foundation etc totally enclosed IP 42, free standing, floor mounting, dust and vermin proof, indoor, compartmentalised with consealed hinged lockable doors, suitable for operation on 3 phase, 415 V, 50Hz AC system with TPN busbars including internal control wiring with minimum 2.5 sqmm size FRLS PVC insulated flexible wires/cable, interconnection, duly powder coated painting etc. as per technical specifications including following switchgears,metering instruments and accessories in the Panel as per the approved drawing.
