Excavation in earth work in foundation and trenches in all kind and classification of soil such as pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, blasting work and hard blasting work and saturated soil including chiseling or any other mixed verity of soil dewatering and/ or removal of slush and other incidentials, lift up to any height stacking the excavated soil upto any leads and lifts clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in any thickness of layers when required into plinth side of foundation etcetera consolidating each deposited layers by ramming watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as specified dumping place as per direction of Engineer in charge with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying 1:4:8(one cement: four sand: eight graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size and curing complete including cost of form work if required in foundation and plinth as directed by the Engineer in charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm (three point fifteen millimetre) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30×30×5mm (thirty into thirty into five millimetre) so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etcetera with wooden battens and ballies at site complete up to any height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling upto any height and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced cement concrete and plain concrete work in vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and thelike including attached pillasters buttresses, plinth and string cousrses and the like as directed by the Engineer in charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2 :4 (1cement:2sand:4crushed graded stone aggregates 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in suspended floor roofs landing and shelves and their support balconies, beams, girders bressumers and cantilever upto any floor level as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing tor steel reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work including bending binding straightning and placing in position complete in all height including cost of binding wire upto any floor level as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Brick work using common burnt clay Second class building bricks in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:6 (One cement: six sand) in all heights and depth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cessor other taxes imposed by the Government.

15mm (Fifteen millimetre) thick cement plasters in single coat on rough side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto all floor level including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (Eighty millimetre) in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:5 (One cement: five sand) as directed by the Engineer in charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing under layer for plinth protection for 75mm (seventy five) milimetres thick (unconsolidated) bed dry brick/stone/aggregate 40mm (forty milimetres) nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine and sand including preparation of ground as directed by the Engineer in charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and fixing M.S. BP Sheet 1.66mm (One point six six millimetre) to 2mm (two millimetre) thick in eaves board/facia/soffits/ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge (Base members of steel work shall be measured & paid separtely) as directed by the Engineer in charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stopping with enamel paint and other than white as directed by the Engineer in charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade after throughly brushing the surface to remove all dirts and remains of loose powered materials complete as directed by the Engineer in charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals.
