Providing and fixing FRAMELESS GLASS INTERNAL PARTITIONS at all floors with 12 mm thick clear toughened glass of SAINT GOBAIN/MODIGUARD/ASAHI or of approved make with DORMA/ OZONE/Geze/ Linox/ or of approved make patch fittings of Corner Connector, side connector with fixing plate/Geze with side connector and connection of two panel with PT 84/ Linox or approved equivalent fittings with stainless steel cover of DORMA/OZONE/Geze/ Linox/ or of approved make fixed with S.S. screws or with fixing clips. Glass fixed to the floor with embedded Aluminium U Channel of required size i/c neatly cutting the chase in flooring and re-pasting of carpet flooring. The top glass shall be fixed with PT series patch fittings makes mentioned above including necessary filling up gaps at junction, at top, bottom and sides with required weather proof silicon with backer rod shall be inserted between aluminium channel and glass as well as both inside and outside around the periphery of the glass to make the glazing air and water tight etc. complete as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in- charge ( glass door shall be payable as item no. 6)

Providing and fixing at site Stainless steel tube in grade 304 of size 50 x 50 mm over required the Glass partition to hold glass at top , fixed to wall/glass etc. complete as per direction & satisfaction of E-I-C.

Providing and fixing of 16 gauge (1.5 mm thick) Grade 304 Stainless steel poles to hold Low ht frameless glass partition at end/junction of required ht with glass connectors at 2 or more levels to hold the glass, pipe dia to be of 62.5 mm with top end closed, all complete as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Glass Partition of Low Height over False Floor by putting 12mm thick toughened glass of SAINT GOBAIN/ MODIGUARD/ ASAHI or of approved make over bottom Aluminium U Channel of required size screwed firmly to the false flooring and supported with SS poles/walls at end/junction including necessary filling up gaps at junction, at top, bottom and sides with required weather proof silicon with backer rod shall be inserted between aluminium channel and glass as well as both inside and outside around the periphery of the glass to make the glazing air and water tight etc. and connection of two panels with quadra SS patch complete (if required) as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in- charge. The item includes all necessary hardware, fasteners, fittings etc complete except cost of SS pole/s which shall be paid separately. The elevational area of glass to be measured for payment.

Providing and fixing full height Glass Partition over False Floor using 12mm thick toughened glass of SAINT GOBAIN/ MODIGUARD/ ASAHI or of approved make with DORMA/ OZONE/Geze/ Linox or of approved make patch fittings of Corner Connector, side connector with fixing plate/Geze with side connector and connection of two panel with PT 84/ Linox or approved equivalent fittings with stainless steel cover of DORMA/OZONE/Geze/ Linox/Kaba (Switzerland) make fixed with S.S. screws or with fixing clip i/c fabricating and fixing top and bottom Steam beach wooden members section 100mm x 50mm as per site requirement to give stability against its free movement, complete as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note : The top and bottom members of Steam beach wood are to be properly fixed with end slab through extended wood members of section 50mm x 50 mm to get stability) . The elevational area of the glass to be measured for payment purpose. All Glass Joints are to be filled with Silicon . (Glass door shutter will be measured in respective item no-6)

Providing and fixing Glass Door Shutter over false flooring with 12mm thick tougnened glass of SAINT GOBAIN/ MODIGUARD/ ASAHI or equivalent on DORMA/ Geze/ Linox/Kaba (Switzerland) or equivalent make die cast patch fitting with stainless steel cover which includes one no each of top pivot, Bottom Patch, Top Patch, standard lock with Strike Plate, Floor Spring, pair of SS Pull Handle (25 X 350 mm), with pivot and other accessories for self closing feature of DORMA/OZONE/ Geze/ Linox/Kaba (Switzerland) or equivalent make complete in all respects i/c fabricating and fixing MS structure made out of 50x50x5mm for door floor spring to be fixed on base slab as per detail with the help of fasteners and high power adhesive and top Steam beach wooden members section 100mm x 50mm as per site requirement to give stability against its free movement, complete as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. The top member of Steam beach wood is to be properly fixed with end slab through extended wood members of section 50mm x 50 mm to get stability. (for measurement only openable area of door shall be measured). Note: In case of over panel, payment for extra fiitings shall be made in item no - 7

Providing and fixing of Big L - patch of make Ozone (model no OPF-1) or equivalent and Small L - patch of make Ozone (model no OPF-610) or equivalent to connect upper glass with side glasses as per site requirements.

Providing & fixing Storage unit at all floors of Depth 450 mm (area of each opening not less than 0.5 sqm) in open office having single or double shutters with 19 mm thick commercial plywood sides/Front/shelves /Bottom & top finished with 1.0 mm thick laminate on all outer surface with balancing laminate all inside , 12 mm thick commercial plywood back with 100mm x 12mm thick teak wood skirting, Teak Wood lipping, locks, handles (100 mm long with S.S hairline Finish) auto closing hinge, towerbolt,SS shelf pin all complete as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in- charge. The areas not having Laminate shall be finished with polish. (For payment purpose Front area to be measured.)

Providing & fixing Storage unit at all floors of Depth 800 mm in open office having single or double shutters with 19 mm thick commercial plywood sides/Front/shelves /Bottom & top finished with 1.0 mm thick laminate on all outer surface with balancing laminate all inside , 12 mm thick commercial plywood back with 100mm x 12mm thick teak wood skirting, Teak Wood lipping, locks, handles (100 mm long with S.S hairline Finish) auto closing hinge, towerbolt,SS shelf pin all complete as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in- charge. The areas not having Laminate shall be finished with polish. (For payment purpose Front area to be measured.)

Providing & fixing Storage unit at all floors of Depth 450 mm in open office having multiple pigeon hole type shutters with each having a handle, lock, hinges, with 19 mm thick commercial plywood sides/Front/shelves /Bottom & top finished with 1.0 mm thick laminate on all outer surface with balancing laminate all inside , 12 mm thick commercial plywood back with 100mm x 12mm thick teak wood skirting, Teak Wood lipping, locks, handles (100 mm long with S.S hairline Finish) auto closing hinge, towerbolt,SS shelf pin all complete as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in- charge. The areas not having Laminate shall be finished with polish. (For payment purpose Front area to be measured.) Extra for providing pigeon hole type shutters in place of single shutters, each having a handle, lock, hinges etc. as per site requirement as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 5mm thick double sided ACP sheet of required color in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item)

Providing and fixing 3MTM Scotchal Electro Cut Dusted crystal (Acid etched look-7725SE-314) / Frosted crystal (Sand Blasted look-7725SE-324)/ Avery frosted sparkle film or approved equivalent Graphic Film over the designated locations with wet applications at all floors in any design and pattern complete as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in- charge. (No deductions shall be made for the blank areas in the pattern).

Providing and fixing fabric zebra roller blinds at all floors of decorex /hunter douglas /aerolux /vista /mascot or equivalent make, roller tube shall be of extruded aluminum alloy duly anodised clutch installation, brackets, bottom member fabrics i/c all necessary fittings etc. complete as per manufactures specification and as per direction of E.I.C (For payment purpose width of the blinds and overall height i/c head rail and bottom rail will be considered).

Providing & fixing stainless steel exterior signage plates (matt finish 20 gauge thick & grade 316) with name/words/nos. in required colour filled in etching in both English & Hindi, required CP brass rounded head cap steel screws to be fixed on MS frame/laminated shutters/boards etc. i/c cartage as per site requirement, drawing & direction of engineer-in-charge.

Providing, assembling and supplying vision glass panels or Integrated glass units (IGUs) comprising of hermetically-sealed 6mm-12mm- 8 mm insulated glass (double glazed) vision panel units of size and shape as required and specified, comprising of an outer toughened glass 6mm thick of approved colour and shade with reflective soft coating on inner surface of approved colour and shade, an inner toughened clear glass 8 mm thick, spacer tube 12mm wide, dessicants, including primary seal and secondary seal (structural silicone sealant) etc. all complete for the required performances, as per the different sizes of existing framings in New DATS building as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The IGUs shall be assembled in the factory/ workshop of the glass processor. For payment, only the actual area of glass on outer face of the glass panels (excluding the areas of the grooves and weather silicone sealant) provided and fixed in position, shall be measured in sqm. i) Toughened coloured float glass (AIS Green Vision) 6mm thick substrate with reflective soft coating on inner face + 12mm Airgap + 8 mm toughened clear Glass having properties as visible Light transmittance (VLT) of 33 %, Light reflection internal 11%, light reflection external 19 %, shading coefficient 0.25, SF value of 22% and U value of 1.7 W/m2 degree K etc. Note: The above mentioned parameters are of AIS Green Vision 6mm-12mm-8mm IGU panel presently installed in the existing framing. In general, the approximate size of the IGU panel is 1.5m x 2.1m which may slightly vary location wise. These parameters are for reference purpose and the agencies are advised to quote for the same IGU panels after visiting site, if necessary.

Dismantling broken Integrated Glass Units (IGUs/DGUs) and fixing new IGUs/DGUs (provided in item no 15) in existing framing at various floors of New DATS building, including double sided spacer tape, setting blocks and backer rod, all of approved grade, brand and manufacture, as per the approved sealant design, within and all around the perimeter for holding glass) and other accessories such as aluminium cleats, sleeves and splice plates etc. gaskets, screws, toggles, nuts, bolts, clamps etc., structural and weather silicone sealants, flashings, fire stop (barrier)-cum-smoke seals, microwave cured EPDM gaskets for water tightness, pressure equalisation & drainage and protection against fire hazard (if required as per site condition). The item also includes cost for sealent design, transportation, incidental charges including wastages etc. and machinery, cost of all mock ups at site, cost of all samples of the individual components for testing in an approved labortary and cleaning. Cost of scaffolding shall be payable as per item no. 30 The installed glazing should fulfill the performance characteristics such as (i) No air leakage, (ii) No water penetration and (iii) No significant deflection and deformation under the effect of static air pressure etc. The Contractor shall provide a water tight structural glazing having all the performance characteristics etc. all complete as required, as per the item description, as specified and as directed by the Engineer- in-Charge. The agency shall also provide performance warranty for 01 year from the date of completion of work.

Dismantling broken inner glass of integrated/double glass units (IGUs/DGUs) without damaging the outer glass and providing & fixing new 8mm clear toughened glass over newly placed aluminium tube of size 12mm x 12mm including applying weather proof silicone sealant, self adhesive tape, T&P, etc. all complete to provide required performances for the different sizes of existing facade framings as per direction & satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. For payment, only the actual area of glass on outer face of the glass panels (excluding the areas of the grooves and weather silicone sealant) provided and fixed in position, shall be measured in sqm.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) : For fixed Portion Polyester powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of polyester powder coating 50 micron)

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (1) The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. (2) The payment will be made once only for execution of all items for such works.
