CLEANING AND REPAIR OF SEWAGE SYSTEM, OPEN DRAINS, FENCING AT CITY AREA ALWAR

Cleaning of all blockages of Nahani trap/floor trap, bottle trap, gully trap, P or S traps of WCs, 100 mm/75 mm dia CI pipe stacks upto 1st Manhole, CI/SGSW pipe between gully trap & 1st Manhole, CI Tee/Door bends etc to maintain internal sewage system in the area of AGE B/R-II (City area) with and including manual / pressure cleaning pump & flexible rods and other necessary equipments complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (i) Contractor or his authorised representative collect such type of complaints from AGE B/R-II complaint cell at 8.30 AM on daily basis except sunday /Holiday. No extra payment shall be made on account of collection of complaint.

Cleaning of Sewage line of 100mm bore from gully traps, grease traps etc. upto 1.5 m deep by removing all filtn/silt, foreign materials and other deposits whatsoever completely and making the line free from all obstacles and testing the flow of sewer line evenly, smoothly by filling water. The cleaning operation will be carried out in suitable lengths by blocking the first and last manholes of sewage line and removing the silt/sludge & other deposits out side of MD land in covered van/trolley, all as specified & directed.

All as per description of serial item No. 2.00 here-in-before but sewage line of 150 mm bore and depth of sewage line upto 1.50 m.

Cleaning of septic tank of any capacity or description including cleaning and pumping out fluid, cleaning of sludge from compartment of septic tank including intercepting chamber & washing down with water complete and removing the sludge in covered van/trolley out side the MD land, complete, all as directed.

Cleaning of manholes depth upto 1.5 mtr by removing all silt, sludge, any other materials making clean and flushing with water complete incuding removal of spoils out side MD land and taken out cover slab and reset in the same position after cleaning and testing all as specified and directed. cleaning shall be done either manually or mechanically as required and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per description of serial item No. 5.00 here-in-before but depth exceeding 1.5 m and not exc 3.00 m deep complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles.

M&L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted stone masonry built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & as directed.

All as per serial item No. 8.00 here-in-before but except stones. Note : Old serviceable stones retrieved from serial item No. 7.00 here-in-before shall be reused under this item.

M&L for brick work with old size sub-class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6.00 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n. exc 20 mm in lime or sand stone work.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on PCC/stone surface/brick surfaces including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc all as directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick masonry or stone surfaces of walls, mixed with water proofing admixture (ISI marked) as per manufacturer’s instructions,, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. Note : - Supply only water proofing admixture shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, mixed with water proofing admixture (ISI marked) as per manufacturer’s instructions,, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. Note : - Supply only water proofing admixture shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs / benching / coved fillets etc rounded or chamfered on edges.

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound (ISI marked).

Demolition of plain cement concrete (un-reinforced) as in manhole / wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in bed blocks coping etc including weathering slightly rounded or chamferef angles and throating making grooves for fixing of man hole cover including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete as in cover / slab in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) all as specified & as directed.

M&L for precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in landings, cover slabs (for man holes, drains etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces including placing in position and set in CM (1:6) complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately.

S&F for 75mm thick steel fibre reinforced (SFRC) man hole cover with iron frames (medium) complying to the standard specifications as mentioned in the IS 12592 BIS Standard, minimum load bearing capacity 5 ton/sqm, in square, rectangular or circular shape complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F for 50mm thick steel fibre reinforced (SFRC) man hole cover with iron frames (medium) complying to the standard specifications as mentioned in the IS 12592 BIS Standard, minimum load bearing capacity 3 ton/sqm, in square, rectangular or circular shape complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for 50mm thick Sand stone slabs in sunshades, chajjas, shelves, cills, landings, cover stones, templates, etc, not exc. 2m in length, punched dressed on face and along exposed edges, self faced on other side and set and pointed in cement mortar 1:4, complete.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia & over cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and bending with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up 150mm bore drain pipes, salt glazed stone ware set in cement mortar including PCC haunching and bedding, including removal of demolished material far away from MD land complete as directed.

S&F salt glazed stone ware drain pipes of 150mm bore, grade `A', ISI marked, laid to slope in trenches, jointed in CM (1:1) and tested complete all as specified.

M&L for 150mm bore reinforced concrete pipe, class NP2, laid and jointed (in CM 1:1) complete with collars all as specified & as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in bedding to SGSW / NP2 pipes, including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete for 150 mm bore pipe all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches not exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth for foundation or for shafts, walls, manholes etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil.

All as per serial item No. 29.00 here-in-before but depth exc 1.5m and not exc 3.00m

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil.

Removal of excavated soil/ material to a distance not exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified.

M&L for cutting into existing manholes / Septic tank for connecting new drains making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 smooth finished and reforming benching as required for 150mm bore pipe.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints / solvent cement joints laid in trenches or in floors including necessary excavation and earthwork complete all as specified including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable 110mm bore PVC pipe with fittings and making good around complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs salt glazed stone ware gully trap square or round mouthed type 'P' of size 150 x 150 mm with CI grating, setting & jointing with cement with grouting surrounding gully trap with PCC 1:3:6, type C1 block 30x30x45cm together with necessary form work, excavation & earth work in soft/loose soil, complete, all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section embedded in natural ground including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.50 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and making good surface in soft/ loose soil.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel work such as angle iron in posts & struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including necessary welding where required as per site requirement and other similar works complete, conforming to Gde E-165 (Fe 290).

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, not exc 5 cm long and dia of neck 11 to 15 mm complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of red oxide primer for embdded portion in ground complete all as specified.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh of any type including mild steel bars, flat iron, nuts & bolts of fencing posts.

Supply only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing any size or type as directed complete all as specified. Note:- Flat iron, round bars, nut bolts and washer shall be measured and paid for separately.

Fixing only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc. including provision of binding wire. Note :- Supply only chain link fencing shall be measured and paid for separately.

Restraining & resecuring existing chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc. all as directed. Note :- Chain link fencing if required to make good any deteriorated portion shall be measured and paid for separately as “Supply only”.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel compound girders and stanchions, lattice girders, aerial masts, staging for water tanks and the like including caps, bases, splices etc. built up from two or more beam or channel sections or angles with plates, including all lattice bars, stiffeners, gusset plates, etc. conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290) including necessary welding etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc as directed. Note :- Each line of horizontal / vertical / diagonal wire to be measured for the purpose of payment.

All as per description of serial item No.50.00 here-in-before but fixing only galvanized steel barbed wire obtained from dismantling of old wire
