Item No.1 Excavation for roadway in earth, soil of all sorts, sand, gravel or soft murum including dressing section to the required grade, camber and side slopes and conveying the excavated materials with all lifts upto a lead of 50m. and spreading for embankment or stacking as directed. R.A.1

Item No. 2 Supplying 80 mm laterite metal at the road side metal including conveying and stocking etc. complete.(50 meter lead hand broken from boulders(including royalty) R.A.1

Item No.4 Spreading 80/40 mm metal for road work including sectionong etc complete as directed by Engineer in charge .R.A.4

Item No.5 Spreading hard murum/ soft murrum/ gravel or kankar for side width complete R.A.5

Item No.6 Compacting 80 mm Laterite stone metal layer 2-7m width with static roller including necessary labour materials and artificial watering etc. complete. R.A.6

Item No.7 Providing and constructing 50 mm. thick Modified Penetration Macadam (MPM) road surface including all mataerials, preparing the existing road surface, spreading 40mm. stone metal layers 30% crusher broken metal + 70% Hand broken (by breaking rubble obtained by blasting) heating and spraying the bitumen of specified grade @ 1.75 kg/sqm, spreading 12mm.size chips compacting with static roller having weight 8 to 10 MT. to achive the desired degree of compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 506 etc. complete. Including picking of existing WBM surface.(VG-30 bulk bitumen rates are considered to arrive at rates) R.A.7

Item No.8 Providing and constructing 50 mm. thick Modified Penetration Macadam (MPM) road surface including all materials, preparing the existing road surface, spreading 40mm. stone layers metal 30% crusher broken metal + 70% Hand broken metal (By breaking Rubble obtained by blasting) , heating and spraying the bitumen of specified grade @ 1.75Kilogram/ Square Metre, spreading 12mm.size chips compacting with Static roller having weight 8 to 10 MT. to achive the desired degree of compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 506 etc. complete, including applying tack coat of bitumen 0f specified grade at the rate of 0.30KilogramSquare Metre.(on existing bitumen surface.) R.A.8

Item No.9 premix bituminous carpet 20mm thick vg-30 grade provide 20 mm thick premix bituminous carpet including supplying all materials preparing and cleaning the base heating bitumen applying tack coat at specified rate, mixing hot bitumen and chips laying the carpet layer and compacting etc. complete by bulk asphalt (excluding tack coat). (cold mix with prior approval) R.A.9

Item No.10 Providing bituminous Type A liquid seal coat on bituminous surface including supplying all materials and bitumen of specified grade preparing existing road surface, heating and applying bitumen @ 0.98 KgSqm. by mechanical means, spreading chips and rolling, by static roller having weight 8 to 10 MT. etc. complete. (VG-30 bulk bitumen rates are considered to arrive at rates R.A.10

Item No.11 Providing and laying cement concrete pipe of IS458:2003 NP-2 class of 600mm diameter inproper line, level and slope including providing and fixing collars in cement mortar 1:2 and curing etc. complete. R.A.11
