Formation of CC road to existing approach ramps of Ash Pond at BTPS

The individual tenderer should have satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of the contract value) a single work as a prime contractor of similar nature of work (rigid RCC pavement) of value not less than Rs.172.37 Lakhs excluding cost of GST in any one year in the preceding five financial years (i.e., 2019-20 to 2023-24). The work done certificate issued from State / Central Government / Government under taking from officers not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent cadre shall be furnished. (Weightage of 10% per year will be given to the cost of completed works of previous years to bring them to the price level of present financial year i.e, 2024-25)

Assessed available tender capacity (AxNx1.5-B) should be greater than the amount put to tender, where, A-Maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to 2024-25) price level taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. N-Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which tenders are invited (06 months i.e. 0.50 year). B - Value, at 2024-25 price level, of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next 06 months. Note: The statements showing the value of existing commitments and on-going works as well as the stipulated period of completion remaining for each of the works listed should be countersigned by the Employer in charge, not below the rank of an Executive Engineer or equivalent or with self-declaration duly signed by the bidder. The signed copy of available tender capacity calculation sheet shall be uploaded.

The individual tenderer should have achieved in at least two financial years a minimum annual financial turnover of Rs.689.47 Lakhs in the preceding five financial years (ie., 2019-20 to 2023-24). Turnover certificate duly certified by the chartered accountant shall be furnished. (Weightage of 10% per year will be given to the financial turnover of previous years to bring them to the price level of present financial year i.e, 2024-25). On demand original shall be produced for verification.

Any reputed individual/construction company/firm registered as KPWD Class-II and above contractor is eligible to apply and certificate issued in this regard shall be uploaded.

Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs.103.42 Lakhs (Credit lines/ letter of credit/ certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc. liquid asset shall be furnished.

The intending bidder executed in any one year of last five financial years i.e, 2019-20 to 2023-24 the following minimum quantity of work i. Reinforced Cement concrete - 1228 Cum, ii. TMT steel reinforcement - 60.4 MT shall be furnished.

Availability by owning at least 50% of the required/specified key and critical equipment and the remaining 50% can be deployed on lease/hire basis (the relevant documents like commitment agreements etc. shall be furnished) for this work. i. Tipper - 2 No.s, ii. Excavator -2 No.s and iii. Self-Loading Concrete Mixer - 2 No.s
