Taking down carefully, copper/aluminium point wiring (Light, fan, scoket or power) complete, including fittings and fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, regulators, sockets etc., and making good disturbed surfaces of walls floors, etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm single core FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade with multistranded copper conductor drawn through and including PVC casing and caping and all accessories fixed to walls / roofs / floors / ceiling etc. and including provision of 1.5 sqmm copper cable as earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly, including fabricated steel terminal box made out of 1.60mm thick MS sheet concealed in walls, with 3mm thick laminated sheet top cover/Pre moulded PVC switch board for housing the switches, socket outlets, fan regulators etc., all as specified and as directed for the following: - (a) One light point/Bell point controlled by one switch

Taking out and dismantling the burnt out old winding wire complete and cleaning the internal slots of rotor with ring and rewinding the exhaust fan of size 300/380/400/450mm sweep motor with super enamelled copper winding wire of suitable SWG including varnishing, baking in oven and reassemling refixing at same/ required location, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out and the burnt out old winding wire complete and cleaning the internal slots of rotor with ring and rewinding the wall mounted fan of size 400/450mm sweep motor with super enamelled copper winding wire of suitable SWG including varnishing, baking in oven and reassemling complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down wall mounted fan of any size/sweep from existing position complete with bladesfrom brackets etc and servicing the same properly by cleaning, greasing, oiling replacing the unservicable spare parts etc, and reassembling and refixing in the same position all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note: cost of spare parts shall be measured and paid separately as supplied only. The cost of labour for replacement of spare parts deemed to be included under this item)

Disconnecting the existing unserviceable MCCB from panel board after disconnecting cable & supply & fix new MCCB 63A, 4 Pole, 16 KA,adjustable , fixed in existing panel including modification of existing frame and panel board door for proper installation of MCCB and connecting with existing cable including thimble,nut bolt and washers etc complete.
